We were a party of 3 families with 6 adults and 6 young children. We found that we had plenty of space and the house was a very pleasant place to be - very quiet with a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding mountains. The house was very child friendly with a basement full of toys which the children enjoyed very much. The host gave us excellent recommendations for things to see in the surrounding area and we found the house to be a great base for exploring the Western Peloponnese!

It’s a perfect spot for families With small Kids, safe and quiet- Diana is a great host, very generous and very responsive. Loved the location- in the Middle of an Old olive grove with a small pool and showers- perfect for a hot Weather! Would highly recommend this place!

We had a very nice family holiday at cottage Sunny Site. To the place and beach it is only a few meters walk and the house is quietly located. The house was very well equipped, (mosquito nets on the windows etc. ) the rooms spacious and nicely decorated and we didn't miss anything. The kitchen is excellently equipped and also the garden and terrace very relaxed and beautifully laid out. Thank you we enjoyed our holiday in this house and can fully recommend it.

The village of Λεβεντοχώρι is absolutely charming and beautiful, and the people who live there are welcoming and hospitable. Antreas and his wife treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They guided us to their home from the local taverna, they provided breakfast every day, had plenty of supplies in the kitchen, and their home was very comfortable. With ocean views, beautiful olive trees, and plenty of animals roaming the property, it felt like a truly immersive village experience. I have family in the village, and when I told Antreas that we were in town to visit them, he was overjoyed! He knew them of course, and it felt like this connection made our stay there even more special. I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful place to stay, and I will surely come back one day with my family. The sun, the ocean, the fresh delicious food, and most importantly - the people of the village made this trip something special for all of us.

Ampelopsis Holiday House - 40m from the beach!

Nikitas and Marie-Noelle have something special here in a beautiful corner of Zakynthos. The house feels loved and looked after, like an actual home. The outside space around the house is perfect for spending a warm afternoon in the shade with a beer. The beds are super comfortable. The beach is literally 2 mins away, perfect for a sunset or sunrise dip. They were such generous hosts and really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We can’t wait to come back next year, thanks so much you two!

We had an amazing 3 week stay! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and flexible throughout our trip, always ready to help and provide wonderful recommendations for local spots. The location was perfect, just a quick 5-minute walk to the port with ferries to Kefalonia and Zakynthos, which made exploring the islands so convenient. We arrived late at night, and they went above and beyond to ensure we got in smoothly. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in the area! We had a great time. The place was exactly as described and shown on the pictures. A beautiful and very well equipped home. We had everything we needed. Spiros is an amazing host, he is always ready to help with anything, like local recommendations, car rental, etc. He checked in every few days to make sure we had everything. Easy five star!

The location is awesome. Directly at the sea. Usually we were the only ones at the whole beach (end of October). The house is very nice, clean and spaceous. The beds are quite hard, but that is the only small disadvantage we experienced. We (including our three kids) loved the place so much that we will definitivly come back, when we are in Greece again.

John is communicative, friendly, very kind, he made us feel at home. He gave us a warm welcome and for our comfort, he offered a bigger apartment, very spacious and very well equipped. We appreciated the fact that it is quiet, the yard has a lot of green space, nicely arranged and with a play area for children. We would have liked to stay longer!

It was a pleasure to stay in one of the two houses of Kate and Dave! The accommodation has everything you need and the view as well as the pool are just amazing. It is a place to relax and rest. The neighborhood is very quiet and you are surrounded by animals of a organic farm besides. Kate was very welcoming and always there if we had any questions. All in all it was a wonderful trip and we will definitely come again!

The stay at the beach house was perfect, it was wonderful to enjoy the sun, beach and sea every day. The amenities in and around the house were good. Location of the house was also good for us close to downtown Pyrgos, Katakolo and Olympia.

Great, luxurious house with plenty of space and large pool. Very quiet location and very nice view. Edward was always available and very helpful. The children were thrilled with the four dogs who also live on the property. We would come back any time.

Anita was fantastic host along with the maid. The house is perfect for a retreat… but best to stock up on groceries as there’s nothing close by…. But that is the charm of the place. I needed a few more days there to just sleep swim and read. Great place for a couple to drink wine and watch the village lights twinkle in the distance The roads are narrow getting in and out and some good villages 30 minutes if you want a restaurant and drink The house is as it looks charming and eccentric ( for me) but that was its appeal the patio from the upstairs bedroom with a wine or book perfect. It’s a bit out the way so if using for a base expect some driving but as a country retreat perfect Thanks Anita for your care and use of your lovely house
