Vacation rentals in Trachi

The house was beautiful and spacious, and it was situated perfectly on top of the small village of Platana. It was very peaceful at night, no barking dogs or noise from the road even though it was only a few minutes walk from the restaurants. It's a 25-minute drive from the closest rock climbing crags. We felt very welcomed and Vaggelis provided us with delicious home-made olive oil, tsipouro and wine. You can pick fresh oranges and lemons from his garden. The internet was good and laundry was easy to do, so I can recommend this also for longer stays. The kitchen had good amenities and the decorations in the house were lovely. Vaggelis answered all questions we had and provided us with information about local services and restaurants. However, if you are travelling during the colder months, it can be a bit chilly. There's a heater that uses pellets in the living room and electric heaters in the bed rooms, so that didn't bother us. It is a great base for climbers going to Manikia.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, Der Sonnenaufgang war ein Traum. Man konnte wunderbar in aller Ruhe draußen sitzen. Kleiner Makel auf hohem Niveau, das Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster. Ansonsten alles top.

excellent place well suited for even three couples, for a family of three (like in our case) was very comfortable all together. excellent quality of construction with a very good layou. pool could be bigger but sufficient size... garden and tarace and parking area amazing. one point (friendly recommendation) to address is the privacy between the outdoor spaces of the villas...this could be better so to contain noice and for guests to feel more secluded this could be done with some extra fencing etc BUT not a big issue altogether. we did not get to know in person Nicolas (the owner/host), but he provided all the necessary information on time for our trip through messages. The caretakers of the property (4villas) Nikos and Eva such amazing people...!!! Very professional, polite, attentive and willing to assist us with everything, shared insights from the Skyros island were to visit, eat etc. Thank you Nikos and Eva hope to see you again. Overall recommend for accomodation.

Leni war eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, mehr Gastfreundschaft, Hilfsbereitschaft und Herzlichkeit geht nicht! Bei der Ankunft standen schon ein selbstgebackener Kuchen, Wein und andere Leckereien bereit, der Kühlschrank war ebenfalls gefüllt. Sie hat uns gerne mit hilfreichen Tipps für Restaurants u. a. versorgt, uns sogar zum Abendessen eingeladen und mit einem Osterkorb überrascht. Die Wohnung war toll aufgeteilt, hatte eine chillige Terrasse und lag für uns in perfekter Nähe zu den Klettergebieten und auch für den täglichen Einkauf (Bäcker, Supermarkt) waren die Wege kurz. Diese tolle Unterkunft können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Beautiful perfectly-maintained property in the rural Greece ! Very, very nice and friendly owners, I felt welcomed and like at home. Minutes to Dragonera Cliffs (Manikia climbing area), so the rock climbers would especially love it. Highly recommended !

Ολα ηταν πολυ καλα. Η τοποθεσια ιδανικη κ ησυχη αν κ μεσα στη χωρα της Σκυρου. Το σπιτι αψογο κ παρειχε κ καψουλες καφε οι οποιες ηταν πολυ χρησιμες! Η κα Μαρινα πολυ ευγενης κ εξυπηρετικη σε ολα! Το συστηνω!

Christos and his family were incredible hosts! The house was cozy and beautiful but felt spacious for our big group (and good WiFi to support all our surfing!). Be sure to take advantage of all his recommendations … he knows the Island so well and we were never disappointed. The house was clean and comfortable, we loved BBQs on the patio and there are wonderful beaches nearby and a short drive away. We are so eager to return. Christos made us feel like family!

Séjour très agréable, au centre de la Chora. Vous trouverez des restaurants et rues animées très proche ! La maison est parfaite pour deux personnes et les deux balcons sont parfait pour tous moments de la journée !

Υπέροχη θέα, η τοποθεσία απίθανη! Στην πολύ άνετη βεράντα μπορείς να απολαύσεις τον ήχο και την θέα της θάλασσας όλο το 24ωρο! Ο οικοδεσπότης άμεσος και πολύ επικοινωνιακός. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
