Family-friendly vacation rentals in Trabia

Très beau logement, fidèle à la réalité. Emplacement idyllique avec vue sur la mer. La piscine est bien entretenu (un employé passe tous les samedis, c'est rapide). Un logement secondaire est loué également au dessus mais les deux sont bien distincts. L'intérieur qui reste tout à fait confortable commence un peu à vieillir. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Booked at short notice due to a change of plans and Gabriel was very accommodating. The house is large and very well equipped and just what we needed for a few hot days at the end of our Sicily trip - beach and a shady garden. Other reviews mention a narrow drive way and admittedly this was a challenge but worth the effort for this lovely house

Francesco and your wife are truly extraordinary. You can tell they just want to share this happiness with the house and the property, and it’s not just about making money. You feel very comfortable and welcome and have the feeling that you are part of the history of this place because they both talk about it so passionately. I wish I could speak Italian better so I could also talk with Francesco’s wife. I think we would have gotten along well :D The bungalow is really very cute. You have to be a bit careful since you sleep in one room. It’s all mentioned in the description, but I overlooked it at first. The location is perfect and Mondello is a dreamlike beautiful place. I’m looking forward to coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The views and sunset is stunning. The village is small and seemed very authentic. It was kept very clean and well looked after. There are 3 restaurants in the village and we had a lovely meal at all of them. The shop in the village is small but well stocked. It isn’t open Sundays or Wednesday evenings so that is useful to know if that is when you were arriving and need some provisions. The shop doesn’t sell fruit or veg but we did see a car in the square a couple of times selling these items. We didn’t have a car and managed fine. There are 4 minibuses a day into Cefalu which cost €1.90, they were always very prompt. They didn’t run in the evenings when we were there. We got a taxi to Cefalu a couple of times for €20. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to stay here again. Antonio and Marco are very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is perfect for exploring Cefalu, right in the historic centre. It is super clean and equiped with all you need, and more. Overall very beautiful renovated with charming art and accesoires. The wellness bathroom is amazing, on a few rainy days it gave us relaxation at home. Only thing to consider is that due to its location it can be loud at night. Dario is a great host, very flexible and easy to communicate with. We would definitely like to stay here again!

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

The whole apartment is amazing but the roof top in particular was out of this world! To have the outside space in the middle of the city is a real treat and Stefania’s place is an oasis of calm. It is just off the main thoroughfare so brilliantly located yet very peaceful. We were two couples and there was masses of space to be together and have some privacy when wanted. The kitchen has everything and more and I think belongs to a very good cook! Stefania arranged a taxi from the airport which made arrival smooth - especially as a flight change meant we arrived late and finding the apartment without Andrea’s help would have been much more difficult. We received lots of information in advance and were given tips and suggestions for places to visit and eat in Palermo. Everyone we encountered to do with the apartment was charming and could not have been more help including the friendly neighbour and delightful housekeeper. Thank you so much Stefania. Wish the dogs were included!!

Stunning location. On the front side, the (small) mount Bonifato and the sea; on the back, hilly Sicily as far as the eye can see. Very peaceful, one can enjoy some days of calm here. Hosts are very welcoming and cleanliness was much appreciated. One point to consider for car entusiasts: in case of a lowered/sport car, the last 200m of acces road could be a challenge.

Un séjour parfait dans le cœur de Palerme ! L’appartement, situé dans le quartier de la Kalsa, est idéalement placé pour explorer le centre historique à pied. Spacieux, calme, décoré avec goût, on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Mention spéciale à Francesca pour sa grande disponibilité et sa proactivité : elle a répondu à tous nos messages rapidement et nous a offert d’excellentes recommandations pour les visites et les restaurants. Un vrai coup de cœur !

Micheles Appartement direkt in der Altstadt gleich hinter dem archäologischen Museo Nationale war ein Glücksfall in jeder Beziehung. Ein supertoller Balkon im 3. Stock mit herrlichen Pflanzen u. Schatten, eine perfekt ausgestattete, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit vielen interessanten Details. Michele half bei An-u.Abreise. Die Beschreibung entsprach voll der Realität. Gern wären wir länger geblieben.

Great location, apartment and the building were very atmospheric and characterful. we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. to top it all, Chiara was very helpful and worked very hard to resolve a minor issue that arose

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in den Bergen von Campofelice di Roccella. Ruhige Lage, sehr privat und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Casa della Ceramica hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Exceptional apartment, walking distance to all the sights and food. Very comfortable place with everything you would need. And yes the balcony view was fantastic, especially early morning and sunset. Antonio was a great host, reliable and communicated promptly. Palermo is a vibrant city and we loved it! Love to come back and stay again!

Vincenzo und sein Sohn Antonio sind großartige Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in der FeWo vom ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche hat alles, wad man benötigt. Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr gut und modern eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist zur Nordseite ausgerichtet. D h., dass es in der Vorsaison dort zum längeren Sitzen ggf. noch etwas kühl ist. Es gibt aber einen wunderschönen hinteren Bereich, der durch die Südausrichtung zum aufwärmen einlädt. Im Sommer ist man bestimmt dankbar, dass die Terrasse nur in den frühen Morgenstunden in der Sonne liegt. Nach Cefalu kann man ohne Probleme laufen [1,6 km] und erspart sich somit den Parkstress. Geheimtipp: Auch unten am Hafen darf [noch] kostenlos geparkt werden. Wir können die FeWo sehr empfehlen.

The perfect getaway ! I was looking for a solo trip where I could just read on the beach, and this was just the place. I took the train from the airport and Caterina’s daughter kindly picked me up from the station. The house is clean, has all the basics and is in the best location. I was able to walk everywhere my entire stay. The town is the most picture perfect location and especially this street. Only thing I would note is taxi services etc are limited in the area BUT Caterina gave amazing suggestions - from taxis, to beaches, to supermarkets. She was very responsive and even came over when I needed assistance with the wifi. Definitely worth it !

Our family stay at Massimiliano’s terraced apartment was a real pleasure. The neighbourhood is vibrant, busy, colourful and within walking distance of everything we were looking to visit-contemporary art galleries, museums, churches, the Palatine Chapel, Palermo Cathedral, the food market, good restaurants etc. The apartment terrace is a wonderful way to relax over drinks or for dinner or even to watch the pedestrian street traffic below. The nearby train/bus station meant day trips to Cefalu and Monreale were very easy to orchestrate - even last minute. And Massimiliano is a wonderful host! He collected my husband from the airport and from that day throughout our visit he was such a warm, thoughtful and welcoming host. We will return. Thank you so much Massimiliano!!

We had a wonderfully peaceful stay at Lorenzo’s. The location is tucked out of the way, with amazing views and we had the pool to ourselves for the whole of our stay. The house itself is basic but had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed leisurely morning breakfasts on our patio and reading by the pool. We absolutely fell in love with Cefalù, although didn’t attempt walking in due to the heat, so we’d recommend having a car if you want to book here. If we’re being picky, it’s a shame that you can’t use the pool area during certain times of day, and we had to take our rubbish to the waste centre when we left which seemed a little strange to us. All in all, we would definitely come back - thank you Lorenzo.

We hebben al heel wat Airbnb-verblijven gehad, maar dit was met stip het allerbeste ooit. Als gezin voelden we ons hier meteen thuis — en dat is zeldzaam. Alles klopte: het huisje was tot in de puntjes verzorgd, volledig uitgerust en perfect afgestemd op wat wij nodig hadden. Van aankomst tot vertrek verliep alles moeiteloos, in volledige privacy en met precies de juiste balans tussen contact en ruimte. Het zwembad was heerlijk — een fantastische plek om te ontspannen en echt te genieten van het buitenleven. En de tuin… wat een werk moet dat zijn om te onderhouden, maar het resultaat is verbluffend. Zo verzorgd, zo mooi. Het draagt enorm bij aan de rust en sfeer van de plek. Martina heeft aan alles gedacht. De sfeer, de voorzieningen, de rust… Het voelde bijna te mooi om waar te zijn. We vonden het oprecht moeilijk om afscheid te nemen, en dat zegt veel. Een plek als deze is zeldzaam. We komen hier met alle liefde terug.

Nous avons passé un séjour paradisiaque dans la maison de Roberto à Finale. Les aménagements extérieurs sont très agréables (plusieurs coins chill et repas) avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer. On en a pris plein les yeux durant ces quelques jours. Le logement est très confortable, avec un gros plus pour la literie qui est de très bonne qualité. Le logement se trouve à 25’ du centre de Cefalu, la route longe la mer et est très. agréable. La cerise sur le gâteau de ce séjour est Roberto! Arrangeant, réactif, disponible, il est aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Il trouve des solutions dès lors que vous avez le moindre souci, je recommande ce logement et son propriétaire les yeux fermés. Un grand merci Roberto!

We had such a wonderful stay. We particularly wanted to experience Palazzo Adriano as it was used in the 1989 Cinema Paradiso film and very much enjoyed! The museum about the film was open which was made the car drive worthwhile! We continued to Agrigento and had a great visit! The train to Palermo is very easy and we went reasonably early and were on the cathedral roof tour at ten. It does get busy even in October and so appreciated the early start!

Wauw, wat een plek! Terre di Bea is werkelijk een supermooie locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht vanaf de verschillende terrassen rondom het huis en bij het zwembad. De plung pool was perfect om even heerlijk af te koelen na een wandeling, en de buitenkeuken maakte het extra leuk om samen de lekkerste ontbijtjes, lunches en diners te bereiden. Wij zijn een gezin van 5 (met kinderen van 4, 7 en 9 jaar) en hebben ons hier enorm vermaakt. Luie ochtendjes aan het zwembad wisselden we af met actieve uitstapjes naar Cefalù en de omgeving – met fijne strandjes, gezellige restaurantjes en sfeervolle middeleeuwse straatjes om doorheen te slenteren. Ons verblijf bij Terre di Bea was echt het hoogtepunt van de vakantie. Dankjewel Antonio voor alles!

Patrizia's villa is beautifully located in Altavilla Milica. It is the perfect place for a family to spend a week in Sicily. As it says in the description, you need a car, but then you have places like Palermo, Cefalu, and Castellammare del Golfo within your reach. If you don't like to drive, you can hang out by the villa pool and just enjoy the surroundings. Patrizia was a very warm and friendly host who gave us great tips and information. I highly recommend staying at this place.
