Taylor's place was very clean and peaceful, aligned with the photos, well decorated and very organized. Neighborhood was quiet: we could park the car with ease and free, close to the center of Tampa Bay City (5 min by car). Recommend it if you want to visit Tampa Bay and relax a bit!

We found this Airbnb to be a cozy, charming one-bedroom that had just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is within easy walking distance to some great bars and restaurants. There's plenty of parking on the property, and the other guests staying in neighboring units were quiet and friendly, which made for a relaxed atmosphere. Dania was responsive and accommodating, even working with us on an early check-in. Her local recommendations were also spot-on and helped us make the most of our time in the area. Not to mention the small pile of pet-friendly items (bowls, towel, etc) was a thoughtful touch, as we were traveling with our dog and cat. Overall, a great little spot for a low-key stay in a fantastic location!

Great apt. Bld was little bit shady I had a kid ask for money while at the pool. Sean will look into it. But great place would have like a different bld.

This unit was spotless and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of spices, coffee and tea for use. Toilet paper and such was also in abundance. No shortcomings here at all. We would stay at this location again or any others under this management.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised. We booked this trip last minute and didn’t know what to expect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The location was excellent.

The hostess did everything she could to make sure that my needs and accommodations were met. It got off to a rocky start but smoothed out once we got an understanding of each other

This is our 4th time at Paula’s Lakeside Retreat. The whole package is great: comfortable furniture, refreshing pool and hot tub, well appointed kitchen, peaceful neighborhood, and convenient location. Paula is a wonderful host, friendly and helpful without being intrusive.

My stay was great! This place is fantastic! Beautiful and roomy. Will be booking a stay here again. The only thing they need is more towels. This is my first Air BNB that I rented and I’m very satisfied. Great host and responds quickly.

This home was very comfortable. Bedrooms were nice, and nicely finished bathrooms. The living/kitchen area was very small and did not allow for any group activities (i .e. Games or watching a movie together. No tv in the living room.) We were only there for 2 nights, so not a problem for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay

House was super cute. The hosts thought of everything and had everything labeled as well as a guide book. Everything was clean. The only thing I would say was inconvenient was that we had to clean the pool frequently because of the foliage. A pool guy was supposed to come but we never saw anyone come clean the pool. That’s just a minor thing though and overall we loved our stay and would stay again!

If we are in this area again for visiting family or just hanging out, I will definitely use your services again. Everything was wonderful and beautiful. Cozy enough for the two of us! Will recommend to anyone that will be in this area!

We enjoyed our stay at Jimmy's place. The house was true to the pictures. The central location was convenient for us to take in many of the things Tampa has to offer. Downtown, Busch Gardens and Ybor City were a short drive or Uber away. Clearwater beach was just 30 minutes away and well worth the drive. The house is small with limited room to congregate but very clean and offers everything needed for an enjoyable stay. It worked very well for myself and two teen grandchildren as we kept on the move during our 4-night stay. The host was exceptionally responsive which was much appreciated.

So I left my lock box accidentally at this Airbnb. When I messaged the host, he found it and mailed it to me with absolutely no problems. I very much appreciate the initiative that this host had! the bedroom is very pretty and has the perfect vibe, lots of beautiful artwork around the house and in the room. the bathtub was super deep, great for a bubble bath. Again I just wanna say how wonderful this host genuinely is. I highly recommend this property.

Beverly's place was absolutely amazing! we stayed here for our honeymoon and it couldn't have been better. it's clearly a loved place, with a beautiful, quite beach a single minute walk away, with enough nice cooking gear to cook in the place, and wonderfully comfy furniture and beds! Beverly and Phil were incredibly responsive, kind, and just all around amazing hosts! We can't recommend it highly enough and can't wait to come back! if you have never flown a kite before, pick one up at John's Pass and try it on the beach here! it's a blast!

Perfect get beach getaway! The place was extremely clean and had everything listed and then some. We walked to the beach within five minutes. Would definitely stay here again. A bicycles were a nice touch.

We really enjoyed the condo and took advantage of the shared pool/hot tub. Really nice amenities and quiet community. We would definitely stay here again.
