The fully equipped kitchen also has a washing machine for our guests' convenience. The large Lounge/Diner opens up onto a balcony. Check in at 3pm, check out at 10am.

Nice studio in a good location right between Antibes and JLP. Sparkling clean apartment. Nice balcony! Everything you need in the apartment. Newly renovated and delicious bathroom. The small alcove is without a window, so not optimal to sleep there. Quiet and quiet in the evening in the area. Safe and nice in the complex.

I would highly recommend this accommodation. The location of the apartment is perfect to visit Antibes and all the area. From here it is easy to enjoy all the walks in Cape d’Antibes, the beaches and Antibes centre, even without a car. The apartment is spacious for a family to have a comfortable stay, the terrace is beautiful and surrounded by a gorgeous Mediterranean garden. On the terrace we had several meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Mr Pavy was very kind to welcome us with a lovely bottle of rosé and biscuits from Antibes. He came again for our check out. Christophe was always available via messages. We had the most pleasant stay in his apartment and we will definitely be back.

It has everything you need for a feel-good vacation: from the amenities, the cleanliness, the communication long in advance with the landlord, who has a list of valuable tips for restaurants. Very nice host and apartment as described. It is very well-located and well-equipped! The only small downside I could have is the presence of somewhat noisy neighbors but everything else was impeccable so I don't take it into account in the rating and I highly recommend it! We spent a week at Nicole's Airbnb and didn't want to leave. The house is located on a hill in the middle of nature, so you have beautiful views. You can relax very well and enjoy the tranquility and nature. In the surrounding area, two beautiful lakes are easily reached by car. The Verdon Gorge is also not far away by car and always worth a visit. We can fully recommend the Airbnb and look forward to our next stay.

Chalet in a breathtaking location, in a very quiet area, the idea of the entire accommodation is not very clear, in reality it is only the ground floor and on the first floor the host lives, but a very quiet person, available and did not give any disturbance. A real artist with a spectacular sound system in the house. The host also gave us the option to use the barbecue. Magnificent place, absolutely recommend!

The host (Helene) was very friendly and helpful from the point of booking. She was flexible about our arrival (due to flight delays) and gave us a warm welcome, including snacks, jam, brioche, milk, juice, wine and ample coffee pods for the machine. The house is beautiful and spacious - it was very well equipped with everything we needed. The swimming pool was wonderful and set to a nice warm temperature. The location is pleasant and close to the beach. There are limited restaurants nearby but the hypermarket is in walking distance. The bus stop is nearby. It’s about 30 mins walk to the train station but this will take you everywhere along the coast! We had a wonderful week!

Ideally located in Cap Estérel. Close to the center and all activities but also parking. We really appreciated the large terrace which incorporates a countertop, cabinets and especially the large refrigerator. Appreciable in summer when you live mostly outdoors. Special mention to Chantal (our host on site) who is a very welcoming, helpful and attentive person. We recommend 100%.
