This is a great place to find calm , an amazing view of the countryside. Very clean, comfortable , very well-equipped house. I would recommend it in a second.

We with friends, we had a great time, Arnaud's neighbor came to make sure everything was fine when we arrived, very nice person. Very good communication with Arnaud, always responsive. Our stay was perfect! The whole family is adorable and they were very attentive to us and our baby. We were able to find all the comforts for our baby including toys and a table with chair for children. We had a dream weekend and we'll go back!

We were looking for a place to meet as a family, we found a little piece of heaven in Perche. Large house full of character and charm, “flea market chic” atmosphere with its antique furniture, which does not detract from its comfort and its many facilitating amenities. Not to mention the vast "carpet" of greenery in front of the house, where venerable cherry and apple trees compete for the most beautiful bloom. The place is so harmonious and calm that you wonder if the only occupants around are the birds. In the end, you don't know where you feel most comfortable: inside or outside. To conclude, special mention to Thierry, the owner of the place: ultra responsive, accommodating and surely a tourist guide in another life. Thanks to their advice, we discovered local gems we would never have found on our own. In short, 4 perfect days. We highly recommend it (unless you make noise – then the birds might put a spell on you😄).

we stayed 2 families with kids in the house. the place is great for the kids to play. there was plenty of space for the 2 families. the place was really tidy and clean. there is anything you can think off of at the house. you feel like at your own home when you are in there. Jane is a great host. she was really helpful and considerate at all times. we will try to come back soon.

We loved our stay at Michel's place. It was a beautiful place, had everything we needed, was clean, quiet and secure. The deco was thoughtful and full of character. There was loads of space for four of us. we enjoyed the views of the canal and the town. Thank you for having us.

Very nice stay. Despite the bad weather, we were able to enjoy the garden a little, which is very well maintained. The location of the accommodation is very convenient, between the castle and the city center (about 10-15 min walk each).

Very functional accommodation, well arranged and as advertised. It is located in a quiet area and is very pleasant, ideal for a pleasant stay in complete autonomy, I would highly recommend it.

Another easy stay while visiting family locally. You have to pay for the sheets separately and make your own bed but that’s in the ad so no surprises. Very clean and very practical. Right in the middle of town with parking around the back for those travelling by car or 10 mins walking from the station. Christine is proactive in her communication and everything goes smoothly.

Lucie's house is a small haven of tranquility nestled at the foot of the Sainte-Madeleine church. Everything is perfect: the location, cleanliness, decor, bedding, shower… and Verneuil-s/Avre is a charming village.
