On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

At 1 hr 45 min from Paris, in the Perche, we offer for rent exclusively weekly or weekend, a wing of a 17th-century castle with private forest, in a particularly quiet and preserved site. Large dining room and large living room with fireplace, billiards table and equipped kitchen. A game room and foosball. Upstairs, 7 bedrooms (+ cots), 18–20 sleeping accommodations. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

1.5 hours from Paris, between Verneuil sur Avre and Mortagne aux Perche, this bread oven is part of a beautiful 18th century farmhouse, from where Percheron pioneers left to create New France (Canada). In a green and relaxing setting, lovers of the countryside will appreciate the charm of this comfortable cottage, located on the edge of the Perche state forest, where there are many monasteries including the Notre Dame de la Trappe abbey. In a small quiet hamlet on the heights of Rémalard (all shops) and along a hiking circuit, this cottage in all inclusive formula is ideal to go green! Single-storey percheron farmhouse: living room with equipped kitchen, living room with 1 step (stove – wood provided, sofa bed for 2 people (sheets not provided), TV, desk), bedroom (bed for 2 people 160 x 200 cm – sheets provided) on the ground floor, bathroom (walk-in shower and corner bathtub), toilet.
