He was one of the most thoughtful and responsive hosts I’ve ever encountered. He went out of his way to make sure I felt at home, offering great local tips and always being available if I had any questions. His warm hospitality made all the difference. I can’t recommend this place enough. Whether you’re in El Gouna for a short visit or a longer stay, you won’t be disappointed. I had the pleasure of staying at Sayed Villa in Hurghada, and it was truly an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the host, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The villa itself is beautiful – spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect balance of luxury and coziness. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and the beach, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure. The private pool was a highlight of the property, providing a serene spot to unwind after a day of exploring. I highly recommend Sayed Villa to anyone visiting Hurghada – whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a place to make lasting memories with friends and family. I'll definitely be coming back!

We had an amazing holiday at this house on the lagoon! It’s the perfect spot for kids, right next to the pool and with beautiful views of the lagoon. The house is super nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Big thanks to Mahmoud for being so responsive and making sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely love to be back!

We lived there for 4 weeks and enjoyed the location very much. The rooms are nice and cozy, the house well equipped, with some extras such as fitness equipment and piano (one is decorative, the other playable, would only have to be tuned). Everything is within walking distance and the lagoon for morning swimming is right outside the door. Three beautiful terraces, perfect for relaxing. Mohamed and Katrin were very helpful. Highly recommended.

The studio is in a perfect location, especially if you don’t have your own car. Being at the Marina you have everything you need! Tuktuks always available. Studio itself is super cute and comfortable with a nice view of Gouna and the mountains! Definitely would stay here again!

Daria is a lovely host, she responses incredibly quickly and it is clear this is her second home as the little features make the place very homely. high recommend.

A great stay at Islam's, the apartment is perfect, very nice. Great views of the lagoon , pool, and mountains. Islam is super responsive and accommodating. A little difficult to find tuk tuk without access to the phone but the gatekeepers often helped us by calling for us. We recommend and will be back!

Khaled and Amin's place had everything you need and more. We had a lovely relaxing stay . The hosts were responsive if we needed anything. El Gouna is safe and beautiful .

It was a great place

Hatem is a very nice and helpful host. If you have any questions, he responded within minutes at any time of the day. The entire stay was very relaxing and pleasant, the place is very clean and as described in the pictures. The entire property is very quiet and really well maintained. Particularly beautiful is the view of the pool. With a golf car that you can call at any time, you can easily and quickly get to the beach or town. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. If you want to eat out, there is a restaurant directly on the premises (also very nice location) Our stay was really very relaxing overall and we would love to book this place again anytime. The value for money is definitely right here! Thank you for everything Hatem (:

The place is perfect overlooking the pool and the lagoon as if it s all yours. Very calm neighbourhood in Gouna. Cozy apt. Check-in process was super smooth and easy. Apartment was very clean & neat. Most importantly, super friendly host who is caring, responsive, flexible & helpful. We are definitely coming back :)

We really enjoyed our time at the appartment. It is very conveniently situated opposite of Gourmet, the kitchen is well equiped for extensive cooking sessions and the view from the rooftop is breathtaking. amr and Karim are proactive hosts and are super friendly. Thank ypu for hosting.

I was here for the second time. But the host still removed the damp walls in the bathroom. I know, it's hard to fix. And the noise of the work on the neighboring building prevented us. When he finishes working on the hotel, maybe it will stop. But even so, I will stay there again.

Merna is an excellent communicator and I did not have to ask about anything because all the needed information are provided and descriptive enough for a smooth check in.
