Check-in went smoothly. If you wish, a transfer from the airport will be arranged. Hassan picked me up and even let me get off at the supermarket for a little shopping before check-in, which was fantastic! The apartment was clean and as described. The location is quiet and everything in Al Ahyaa is within walking distance. The landlords are very friendly and accommodating, in case of problems they are immediately available and fix all problems. They want you to be happy as a guest and live a great hospitality. Moustafa looks after the house and also lives in the house. He is a great and helpful person, who you immediately take to your heart. You feel very safe in this house. Thank you for everything and for the wonderful stay!!

I loved this apartment and the view to the sea is amaizing! It was clean, cozy, nice design. The area is very quiet, a little bit far from supermarkets area so you have to have a car. We went to the compound private beach and it is a nice and intimate place to spend the day. Very good accommodation!

Best place in Hurgada to stay . 50 metres for Alsakia beach . 50 meters from superstore. AC, refrigerator, micro wave every thing was excellent . The balconies were nice . Bed was comfortable. Ives Avery easy to communicate with Mr Ahmed . Secure building

Very responsive and welcoming host. Building secured 24/7 Access to the private beach and 3 swimming pools I had a small problem in the bathroom and he was able to fix the problem quickly. He didn't hesitate to give me his phone for about 30 minutes when I had an emergency-related problem. In short, I totally recommend it, whether it's the person or the service offered.

10/10 Me and my husband recently stayed here and I can gladly say that the apartment looked exactly like the pictures listed. Beautiful inside and incredible on the outside with an amazing view of Fanadir Marina. Perfect location close to Abu Tig Marina and not too far from Downtown. Bola was extremely helpful and answered all our messages promptly I would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Nubian House El Gouna enough! This property is incredibly spacious and truly equipped with everything you could possibly need—it felt like home from the moment I arrived. The attention to detail in the furniture and style is remarkable, with a design that’s both comfortable and elegant. The location is unbeatable: just a minute from the Marina and right on the lagoon, offering stunning views and easy access to everything El Gouna has to offer. As a regular visitor, I can confidently say this is the best stay I’ve ever had here! Dealing with Fouad was an absolute pleasure. He’s incredibly responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cares about making your stay perfect. Thank you, Fouad, for an unforgettable experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Mahmoud is super friendly, responsive and super supportive. We loved staying there, the house was exquisite and the location is superb. Loved waking up every morning to an amazing view and the house is located so close to everything. Overall, our stay was amazing!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’d be happy to stay here again in the future.

The hosts were brilliant from initial interest in booking until it was time to leave. We had originally booked from 13-25th May but extended by another two days… I think this speaks for itself. The view from the balcony is gorgeous which is great as I love to sit outside. Where we were in Sabina is very quiet, almost secluded, so perfect if you want privacy or peace. Thank you to both of you for everything, it was a pleasure.

A very responsive host, who responds quickly to questions and offers to pick up from the airport. A clean, well-equipped, well-located apartment (a few minutes drive from the Marina) with a reception open at all hours of the day and night, held by the tourist police which makes you feel safe. The pool is nice there are locals and tourists. I highly recommend Elena's place and you won't be disappointed!
