Erwan is very responsive and friendly. The meal was very good, the movie room was super nice. we had a mishap due to our fault with the hot tub, which will leave us memories to tell in our old days 😂

Ideal and convenient house. We had a 3-day stay, 6 adults. Everything necessary is available, and the host was welcoming. House very close to the sea and 25 min walk from the center of Cabourg (5 min drive).

The house is very comfortable, the quality bedding, the house is bright and pleasant, the hot tub at the top. The neighborhood is a new neighborhood completely under construction, but we had no noise disturbances.

We had a very pleasant stay, Michael's residence is very well maintained and the location is perfect for quiet rest. Michael is a gracious host and very available when we needed him on site. The pool is spacious and very well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the same for common areas. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

We absolutely loved our stay. The facilities were amazing and great after a day of sightseeing. Location is direct at the beach: ideal. Perfect place to get rest, wellness and peace after being away for a day. The host was great as well: friendly and we had a little issue. He handled it like a champ/with a great solution. Also the arrival was very nice with little surprises. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay, the place is beautiful and spacious. What a lovely and novel experience..we will not forget staying near Etretat which is reflected in the beautiful setting of the property! The expansive scenery and location was so peaceful, the property was so practical for our large family size and in particular the bar area was a super socialising space! Equally my daughter had an amazing time with her cousins and I am sure we will look back and fondly remember our trip to this gîte! Thanks to you Julien for making the great memories possible!

The house is as described. We had a pleasant stay with friends. The house is clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub that clearly make the difference!

Beautiful property with an incredible view. Lots to do for children both young and older and lots of space around the apartment. There is a lovely little village just over 20 minute walk with a bakery, pharmacy, bar and a couple of restaurants. Shops are 20 minute drive for a supermarket. The pictures do not do this property justice and the hosts are so accommodating and supportive when asking questions.

There were 12 of us, and the place was great! Very nice welcome from Ludo, very friendly and he made himself available when we needed (thank you again!). The accommodation is great for large groups of people with everything you need to have fun indoors during fickle weather, but also outdoors when the weather is nice. The outdoor grounds are very large with adorable animals. The kitchen is very well-equipped, each room was very good with great bathroom too. Nothing to say, highly recommend:)

Very kind welcome from Ruth, who had prepared us a great dinner on the day we arrived. Ruth was always available, we were very attentive. A true "Haven" of peace. Conducive to relaxation and lounging. Very welcoming and responsive hosts. What a pleasure to arrive at "La cabane d'Alice" and that the Nordic bath is hot. Superb cabin….. The best part of this adventure is the sauna and the Nordic bath. Total change of scenery despite the proximity to the city. Great welcome booklet!! All-inclusive rate, I recommend….. we will come back to unwind. Thanks for hosting us, don't change anything.
