We had a lovely stay, 2 steps from the cathedral. The accommodation is clean and large for 2 adults and 2 children. Recommended!

A beautiful place to explore Troyes. The house is neat and cozy. Despite the fans, it was very hot inside, not surprising because it was 34 degrees outside. Cristoffe gave valuable tips about Troyes and especially at the points where our interest lay. Super enjoyed the stylish house and the beautiful old center.

Very central apartment, spacious, clean, comfortable, well furnished. New and elegant bath linen. Very courteous host, quick to respond. 1 very easy wooden staircase leads to the apartment without problems.

Jan was super helpful and gave us restaurant recommendations for the area. It was very close to the place and was nice. Instructions to get inside were very clear. The beds were really comfortable, memory foam mattresses. The only thing that would have been even better would be bath towels, but overall very pleasant stay. Thanks, Jan!

What we enjoyed: Cyprien's responsiveness, the calm in this neighborhood and in the apartment, its brightness, its decor and its neat layout, the great comfort of the mattress, the warm side of the parquet and everything we forget to say. We also loved the charm of this small, steep and authentic town. Small improvement possible, especially for the summer, provide cotton sheets and pillowcases.

A beautiful village house, in an idyllic setting surrounded by vines. The house is tastefully decorated and very spacious, the garden is beautiful, secluded and large, our Labrador loved it! An ideal place for a tour of Sancerre vineyards, with a great restaurant along the road in the village.

We booked this place with friends for a long weekend and we just loved this house! It is perfectly equipped, with a huge garden and above all a magnificent swimming pool. This house is perfect for 8 people with the possibility of each having a large bedroom and several toilets and bathrooms to share. And communication with Florence was extremely fluid and simple. We had a very pleasant stay (3 nights) for 7 people (5 adults and 2 teenagers) The house is large enough for 8 people, We really enjoyed the 2 separate bedroom spaces on each side of the living room (we were a group of friends with a family and 3 adults). The layout is ideal for separating 2 families, for example, Parking in the garden in front of the house is easy and spacious (we had 2 SUVs), it's an essential criterion in our searches for weekends with friends, The accommodation met 100% of our criteria, I highly recommend this listing,

Very nice and bright accommodation. There are all the necessary amenities for 4 people. You are 200 m from a Leclerc center and a 15-minute walk from the center of Auxerre. You can do everything on foot once the car is back in the garage. Everything was clean and matched the photos. Fabien is very welcoming, pleasant and very responsive. The accommodation is arranged in attic on the grounds of Marie Thérèse who lives nearby. it is bright, equipped with all modern comforts, and Thérèse is a very attentive host. Apartment located near the center of Troyes, ideal for visiting the city. Quiet, well-appointed and functional apartment. The beds are large and the bedding is very comfortable, from the mattress to the pillows. The host's welcome, although our arrival was late, was unparalleled and warm, thanks to him.
