Very central apartment, spacious, clean, comfortable, well furnished. New and elegant bath linen. Very courteous host, quick to respond. 1 very easy wooden staircase leads to the apartment without problems.

Jan was super helpful and gave us restaurant recommendations for the area. It was very close to the place and was nice. Instructions to get inside were very clear. The beds were really comfortable, memory foam mattresses. The only thing that would have been even better would be bath towels, but overall very pleasant stay. Thanks, Jan!

What we enjoyed: Cyprien's responsiveness, the calm in this neighborhood and in the apartment, its brightness, its decor and its neat layout, the great comfort of the mattress, the warm side of the parquet and everything we forget to say. We also loved the charm of this small, steep and authentic town. Small improvement possible, especially for the summer, provide cotton sheets and pillowcases.

Françoise’s place was absolutely lovely. One of the best places I’ve stayed in France! Spacious and well equipped, highly recommended!

Beautiful accommodation with a great garden and lovely swimming pool. Very nice couple where you stay on the property, they came to bring radishes from their own garden and freshly baked crepes. Our French is not very good, but they were patient to explain things and give tips in the area.

We booked this place with friends for a long weekend and we just loved this house! It is perfectly equipped, with a huge garden and above all a magnificent swimming pool. This house is perfect for 8 people with the possibility of each having a large bedroom and several toilets and bathrooms to share. And communication with Florence was extremely fluid and simple. We'll be happy to go back!

We came as 3 couples with children. We had a lovely weekend in the countryside. The house is well-equipped, clean, quiet and allows you to really unwind. I would definitely recommend this house. PS: We were hosted very well by Gwendoline and her family. All the explanations were clear and we had plenty of recommendations on activities or eating out. Very nice and bright accommodation. There are all the necessary amenities for 4 people. You are 200 m from a Leclerc center and a 15-minute walk from the center of Auxerre. You can do everything on foot once the car is back in the garage. Everything was clean and matched the photos. Fabien is very welcoming, pleasant and very responsive. We came to Sens as part of an event where we were exhibitors. We worked a lot and, with the fatigue and the intense pace, we didn't always pay attention to schedules and instructions. The hosts were extremely understanding and attentive. Although the access instructions were very clear, the lack of sleep (almost 48 hours without rest!) disturbed us a little. They took the time to explain it to us again and even allowed us to stay an hour and a half longer on the day of departure, which allowed us to recover a little. The accommodation is very cozy and the bedding is particularly comfortable. Thank you so much for their hospitality and kindness!
