Lilian's apartment had everything my wife and I needed for a relaxing weekend in Toucheng. The unit is conveniently located a stone's throw from the waterfront, with several fine eating establishments an easy walk away (in particular, we recommend the recently opened 浪花點心 for a simple, delicious breakfast with an ocean view). The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, and clean, with a generously sized bathroom and sitting area. We have stayed in close to ten different AirBnb properties around Toucheng, and this was one of our favorites. Would (will) certainly stay here again on a return visit.

房源入住說明清楚且方便也好停車，衛浴.床鋪.環境都很乾淨，窗外景色優美，提供的設備也都用的不錯（衛浴有暖風機很加分，房內有可以看景的溫泉很讚，廚房也有提供基本調味料和鍋具碗盤很友善），有付費公設的選擇很棒（KTV.麻將室等），提供在住宿期間的團體活動選擇！這次跟朋友入住大家對整體都很滿意！房東友善有問題也都會解決，這邊很適合來放鬆渡假！

超級棒的地點♥️有小小孩👶🏻 所以不希望行程太趕，步行就能到沙灘超級棒🥰 頂樓還有無邊際泳池小孩超喜歡🏊 回來洗澡也超方便👏重點還有洗衣機跟烘衣機超好的😚這樣回家就不用洗一大堆衣服了😜房間香香的，好舒服超級喜歡大推👏還有小烤箱，去全聯買小麵包回來烤給小孩當早餐吃，下次一定還會再來住，之前也是住過這1棟住宅，只是不是這一個房東的房子，但是他就沒有洗衣機跟烘衣機也沒有烤箱，這一間的裝潢我也很喜歡很溫馨房間香香的真的超加分♥️♥️♥️我超怕一打開都是霉味的老闆超貼心小孩的衣服遺漏在房間可以幫忙寄回👏

房源與圖片都符合，一樓大廳明亮環境整潔，警衛也很熱情指引，入住動線說明清楚，走到、停車場明亮乾淨，房內空間很大，很舒適有家的感覺，窗戶看出去就是海景，很適合放鬆，頂樓空間也很大適合看夜景聽海聲，房東也是先介紹許多周邊景點和美食，附近也交通便利，很適合推薦的民宿

超級優質的住宿，風景好棟距大很有隱私，周遭很安靜，吃的騎車4分鐘一堆，離衝浪的地點十分鐘內，礁溪15分鐘，門口好停機車，房主很貼心，原本只是問能不能提早check in，沒想到後來提前幫我們整理好了，房間很乾淨，盥洗用品都有附，泡湯還有spa湯包，滿分五分想給6分🥰

懶人一枚的我，竟然也想花時間幫房東寫推文？🤔家族掃墓關係，提前回宜蘭，優質的房間遇到這棘手的假日和地點，難度真的有提高，想說都要花住宿錢了，乾脆當做回去度假好了，找了一個靠山靠海的美景清幽房，天氣也是很給力，光看照片心情就超好超療癒（實際進房也是，從一進大樓，整個氛圍氣場和磁場直接拉滿，寬敞、奢華、放鬆，進到房間也是很有家的感覺，隔天太陽灑進來，超愜意的氛圍，還能在陽台喝咖啡，飲水機也是超棒，可以隨時喝溫水和泡東西來喝。衞浴、免智溫馬桶，也是超好用，床也是好睡到不想起床，療癒了我疲憊的身軀與撫慰了我疲倦的心靈，以後都要回來這邊充電加油。）看到眾多評論讚賞，床好睡，空間、環境、景觀、房東用心服務、價格，CP值爆表，果真不虛傳。😎 搭高鐵的同時，突然接到來電，原本以為是電銷，正準備要說：不用不用，咖啦～掛電話的！🫣，結果是房東🤣，人超好🙃 來電告知可以提前入住之外，雖然我們還在北上高鐵的路途中，從高雄上去回台北和宜蘭的行程，也是滿到不行，延路晚上才到宜蘭，隔天又需要早起去掃墓，正想詢問想延遲退房收費，房東也超Nice和有愛與同理心的康愷回應，這份暖心地心意我們收到了，也希望日後再次回訪入住，以行動支持，把它納入口袋名單，推薦給更多朋友來，有機會一定要來體驗這個離海邊只要徒步5分鐘的俱放鬆又有人情味的房東家呦～

地點不錯，走路12分鐘即可到達熱鬧的街道採買，走路10分鐘左右可到海邊。房間乾淨、設備很新、擺設舒服，可惜海景不清楚很遠。大樓管理不錯，ㄧ樓有飲水機，但健身房等公設需另外付費。

房間內的溫泉水很舒服很適合想要住宿同時泡湯的旅客位置比較在郊區山上九點過後想要吃東西除了附近一些鹽酥雞攤和超商就比較沒有購買其他食物的選擇了但還是可以用外送叫的到一些食物住宿的路邊附近可以停車停車位子不算很多但還算寬裕這邊比較適合自駕的旅客前來住宿

房間配備很完善裝潢頗具巧思很新而且住起來很舒服實際空間就跟照片一模一樣大樓本身也很新公設很多比一般的飯店還好甚至還可以用便宜的價錢借腳踏車四處晃晃小缺點是房子位於二樓窗外沒有風景還有入住時刷門禁卡的說明沒有很清楚花了一點額外的溝通時間但整體來說還是非常推薦物有所值

因為入住時間比較晚，但還是願意等我們到入住時間，雖然電視畫面有一點小問題，但因為我們不太看電視，所以影響不大，冷氣很快就涼，重點還有電風扇！所以整個空氣就很流通不會悶，下次有機會還想再來住

地點方便房間也跟照片一模一樣且乾淨。溫泉也很舒服。主人親自接待並且導引停車也很仔細機械車位大小很剛好，需要考驗一下停車技術。
