Maison bien située, mais nuisances extérieures à considérer La maison est idéalement placée, à proximité du bord de mer, ce qui est très agréable pour les promenades. Elle est conforme à la description, propre, bien entretenue et très fonctionnelle. Cependant, certains éléments extérieurs peuvent impacter la qualité du séjour : - La rue d’accès est en très mauvais état, avec de nombreux trous et bosses, ce qui complique la circulation, notamment la nuit ou par temps de pluie. - Un chantier se trouve juste en face, générant des nuisances sonores tout au long de la journée, y compris le samedi, ce qui réduit la tranquillité et l’usage des espaces extérieurs. - La présence de chiens errants dans la rue peut aussi poser problème. Il est préférable de rester prudent lors des sorties, notamment en se munissant de pierres ou d’un bâton pour les éloigner si besoin. Leurs aboiements et bagarres nocturnes peuvent créer un sentiment d’insécurité. Un logement à recommander en connaissance de cause

Appartement duplex de haut standing impeccable Logement correspondant parfaitement aux photos Lala Kamar est une hôte très accueillante, disponible à tout moment et très à l’écoute. Les 2 terrasses offrent une magnifique vue sur la piscine. L endroit est très sécurisé. Je recommande vivement.

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour chez Zakaria. Le logement était conforme à sa description, les enfants ont adorés la piscine et ont pu jouer avec les autres enfants de la résidence. Les petites épiceries de proximité sont très appréciables. Le centre de Rabat est à 20 min en voiture, très facile d'accès. Une plage se situe à proximité de l'appartement. Zakaria a été un hôte très prévenant et agréable. Nous recommandons le logement

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement au thème marin, qui apporte une ambiance apaisante et dépaysante. Tout était parfaitement propre et bien équipé, Chaque détail a été pensé pour créer une ambiance chaleureuse et apaisante. L’hôte a été d’une grande gentillesse et très attentionnée, rendant l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement!

Wow! What a location, directly on the sand! We enjoyed afternoon strolls on the beach and the sun set. Lorenzo and Mehdi are great hosts! We made some exceptional requests, for example, breakfast and they delivered with a smile! The Skhirats fish market is 1 min walk, so we purchased lots of fresh fish and had it descaled , then took it to a restaurant that cooks the fish (also 1 min away) and they delivered our grilled and fried fish to the property which was excellent! Recommended - we will be back, possibly in the summer!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the stunning surroundings and the inviting ambiance of the property. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was definitely the pool. It was a perfect size for our family, and we spent countless hours enjoying it. The surrounding patio area was great for lounging and soaking up the sun. The location was ideal as well. We were close enough to local attractions, yet the villa felt like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The nearby beach was just a short drive away, and there were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within easy reach. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. In summary, our time at this villa was unforgettable. It provided the perfect blend of relaxation and family fun, and we can’t wait to return for another memorable getaway
