The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. Our home is a beautifully restored Victorian mid-terrace house from the late 1800s, with a mix of modern and rustic with wooden floors, lovely art and plenty of plants to make you want to forget your plans and stay in all cosy and relaxed. Oh and there's a garden and a patio with a ceramic bbq and a cosy outdoor sofa.And if you're into your cooking you will love our spacious, airy and most importantly fully equipped kitchen.

The space has hand picked interiors and modern design. There is full access to the entire loft and garden. Hackney is one of the most vibrant and rich areas in London. It is full of culture and restaurants, and boasts some of the best nightlife in London, including pubs, nightclubs, and gig venues. It is very easy to get in and out of town. Hackney Central and hackney Downs Stations are 7 minutes walk.

Tiny home at the back of our home, very quiet at night not far from train station (10 min walk) and 30min from Oxford Street via Tube and Train, you will be greeted by Host as you will have to walk through our house to the garden where your place of stay is, we have a English Springer Spaniels who are very friendly dogs so please be aware of that as they are not locked !
