A stunning duplex, period conversion arranged over the top two floors of this Georgian House in Little Venice, Central London W2. There are two flights of stairs to the apartment which is then arranged over the 2nd & 3rd floors of the original house. The master bedroom, reception room, kitchen are all located on the 2nd floor. Tiny home at the back of our home, very quiet at night not far from train station (10 min walk) and 30min from Oxford Street via Tube and Train, you will be greeted by Host as you will have to walk through our house to the garden where your place of stay is, we have a English Springer Spaniels who are very friendly dogs so please be aware of that as they are not locked !

Windows to three sides. Uk second floor walk up, accessed from an external staircase. Boffi stainless steel kitchen. Superking (180cm wide) Tempur bed. Luxury 90cm wide, extra deep bath and shower. Up to 80 meg wifi. The building also houses a permanent family home, so a pile in from a bar at closing or after a party is not possible.
