We came to scape the winter abroad and Mauricio’s place was just the haven we were looking for our beach loving family. Their concierge Roberto was attentive and most helpful. The house is the best I saw for us, great view of beach and sunset, gorgeous home with great accommodation. Prescribe bathrooms. We were able to pick between two beaches to swim every day. Place has all you need to spend the day at the beach. We will definitely make it a point to come back and stay here again!

Good evening, I'd like to tell you that the house is very nice, spacious, comfortable and the area is quiet near the square. We were very satisfied with Luis's attention, always attentive, providing the facilities to make our stay even more pleasant. The house is the same as the photos, everything very tidy, I would definitely rent the house again, I recommend it!

A very nice and nice place to disconnect and recharge, for lovers of the countryside and the beach, they have the best of the 2 together inside a very safe and very well located residential for surfing! , Mr. Alonso, excellent host , attentive at all times to if everything was okay or we needed something, my family and I hope to return soon.

This house was just perfect for our family vacation and 1st time in Lima. The house is spotless and spacious. The sunset view from different areas of the house was breathtaking. There was 10 of us, two families composed of two sisters, their sons, with their views and kids. The number of rooms was just perfect to accommodate everyone in our group. We went to Lima for my husband’s Birthday and were lucky to get the master bedroom which was just so beautiful. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. The gentleman at the front door was very helpful. We took uber to the local Wong to buy groceries and cooked a few meals, the kitchen had all the necessary items. We spend many hours in the outside balcony playing poker, drinking wine and just enjoying the beautiful view. Unfortunately the rio tides were very strong and we were unable to go inside the beach but still sat in the sand and enjoying locos food and drinks. We loved staying at the luxurious house for our family trip!

Ines is a very nice and attentive person, she was always looking out for us... before, during and after. Her house is wonderful, there is tranquility and the spaces are spacious, the truth is that her house is much more wonderful than in the photographs, the area is very safe and easy to access...if you want to rest from the hustle and bustle of the city of Lima and enjoy the view looking at the intense sea, I recommend it....I recommend it 1000 times and I will schedule my stay at her house again... thank you Ines for your attention.

We loved the place, it has a spectacular view. The department comes with everything you need for a nice stay. We enjoyed the peace of mind we needed. There is a market nearby with a variety of good quality products. We will definitely be back on our next vacation again.

The house is more than beautiful, it is located in the tranquility of the countryside, it lives up to its name EL ENSUEÑO, it is equipped to live many experiences within it, super spacious and complete. Mr. Hernán is a wonderful person, very kind, attentive, and very cordial. It is the ideal house if you want to enjoy nature without leaving the benefits of the city, everything is very close and they even bring it to the house if you do not want to go out. The best experience my children have had. I am satisfied. I would definitely recommend it and return many times. Thank you for everything, Mr. Hernán.

The property had everything needed to make our two-day stay enjoyable, the best part of the location. Jennifer was very accessible in allowing us to enter before the designated time and enjoy the pool and other facilities around including the beach, I definitely recommend it.

Deisy was always attentive, very kind, helpful, an excellent host, the house is very nice, spacious, with all the amenities, very comfortable for the 16 people we were, especially since it is pet-friendly, our pets enjoyed it very much too.
