Caroline and David’s cottage was lovely and comfortable, with a charming little garden. David explained to us that the tap water comes from the gate and is of good quality, so we can drink it. He also gave us some great advice about the area. There was milk in the fridge and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept very well. The location was ideal for visiting many interesting parts of the Peak District. The weather was exceptionally good, and we enjoyed having breakfast and meals in the garden. We also found a wonderful spot to swim next to the waterfall – it was amazing! Tesco was very close by and even open on Sundays until 10 p.m. We visited several industrial museums, which were very interesting and free to enter. We highly recommend a tea shop called "Vintage Tea Room" – it was typically English, and we had a lovely afternoon tea there. The local people were very kind and helpful.

The flat is really cozy and has all the amenities that one would need. Jill and her son, Marcus took care of everything. I needed few things and they arranged it for me promptly. Also on the first day they welcomed me with breakfast and flowers which I thought was a really sweet gesture. Dronfield is a great place to stay and the neighbourhood is beautiful as well. I would highly recommend Jill’s place, primarily for their great hospitality.

We really enjoyed our second stay at this fantastic, family-friendly Airbnb right by the Peak District. The property was spacious, ideal for families with plenty of room to relax. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed for easy meal preparation. The large garden was perfect for children to play safely while adults enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay - highly recommended
