Ervis’s apartment is simply decorated with no clutter. Everything is spotlessly clean with beautiful large sliding glass doors looking directly on the Adriatic Sea. There is a huge balcony off of the living space and a large balcony with a washing machine off of the master bedroom. Plenty of space and great windows throughout the apartment too. There is parking right at the apartment entrance with a locked security gated area. Ervis gave us great restaurant recommendations and a good price on his beach rentals which are directly across the street. The street is lined with shops and restaurants and a beautiful “Lungomare” for walking. So lovely and convenient! We loved this area and really enjoyed his apartment. Thank you, Ervis!

We loved the location, in the middle of the hills, with a splendid view of a vineyard and the adjacent hills... and then of course the view of the sea! The apartment perfectly matches the description, and Adelina was really kind in everything (check-in and check-out times, and support after closing the keys in the house :D) You can park your car 100 meters from the apartment, under beautiful olive trees and enjoying the surrounding view. You can still get under the apartment for loading/unloading. I therefore recommend the apartment to those who prefer the tranquility of the hill to the chaos of the waterfront, which is still easily accessible by car in 5 minutes.

Gabriele welcomed us into his little apartment for seven days: we are a family of three people and, although I consider it ideal for two, we had no space problems. A stone's throw from the sea, a quiet area, in a few words the cure-all for those who need rest and relaxation. We stayed for 5 nights and felt very comfortable. The apartment is reasonable. The shower drain issue should be fixed. Would love to come again 👍
