A self-contained accommodation created from what used to be my grandparents' house. During the renovation, we aimed to preserve the authentic, familiar atmosphere that has always made it a special place for us. It opens onto a large terrace with a garden and views of the hill, shaded by a large, nearly century-old laurel tree from which it takes its name. Located within walking distance of the town center, where you will find an 18th-century church, a pharmacy, a café, restaurants, a pizzeria, and a delightful ice cream shop.

In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.
