Vue magnifique avec lever de soleil si on est un peu matinal! La maison est parfaitement équipée comme chez soi! La piscine est très agréable quand il fait chaud! Anna et Elisabeta sont très accueillantes, disponibles et réactives Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille !

Wunderbare Villa mit geräumigen Outdoor Bereich. Der beheitzte Pool, die Tischtennis Platte und der Kicker sind ein Highlight für Kinder. Der Ausblick in die Berge ist grandios und man hat seine Ruhe, da die Ville etwas abgelegen ist.

We spent a week at Giuseppe’s place over Easter break. He greeted us to let us in and show the features and workings of the property. We thought the location was perfect and the kids loved the hot tub. 10-15 min walk to restaurants, groceries, and a few shops. Giuseppe was very responsive when we had several questions via messaging. The bathroom was newly renovated and the place has an updated feel while still maintaining the look of a nice Italian villa. The property was well equipped with basics plus some extras like some beach chairs, mats, toys, etc. The outdoor shower with hot water was very useful. We strongly recommend this place!

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Häuschen von Fiamma erlebt. Der CheckIn war gut organisiert, Fiamma war ebenfalls dabei. Es war sauber und sah wie auf den Fotos aus. Die Lage ist schön, auch wenn es vereinzelt noch Nachbarn hatte. Die Gegend ist wunderbar und Fiamma hatte noch einige Kleinigkeiten als Geschenk bereit gelegt. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Bardzo fajne miejsce, dobrisie spisało jako uniwersalna baza wypadowa do rejonów wspinaczkowych, Ulassai, Cala Gonone, Quirra. blisko też do plaży, w pobliżu sklep spożywczy oraz mięsny, dobrze wyposażone. Kontakt z Eleonora był bardzo dobry, wszystko jasne. zawsze był ktoś na miejscu w razie jak mieliśmy wątpliwości. fajnie wyposażona kuchnia, duża lodówka. super plus to podwójna łazienka. w mieszkaniu było czysto i schludnie. Z minusów to mogłoby być ciut więcej pościeli. czasami wi-fi było niestabilne, większość czasu ok, ale zdarzały się mocne spadki jakości sygnału Internetowego - bardziej chodzi o samą jakość dostawcy niż siłę sygnału wifi, która była ok.

The apartment complies with our needs. The location is beautiful, thanks to its position and the view over Santa Maria Navarrese port and the sea. The highlight of the apartment is the terrace, which is beautiful and provides a cozy and relaxing space after our day of adventure. The communication with the host was perfect.

La vue est à couper le souffle et l appartement est absolument parfait : spacieux, parfaitement équipé, calme et idéalement situé (commerces, plages, port…) ; encore mieux que sur les photos … merci pour votre gentillesse tout au long du séjour, à vous et votre maman. Nous avons passé des vacances en famille merveilleuses en Sardaigne et sommes heureux d avoir découvert ce joli coin de paradis…

Vi er lige kommet hjem fra Monicas dejlige hus ved Tertenia Beach. Vi har nydt den dejlige udsigt og den ro stedet har. Samtidig har Monica været behjælpelig og hurtig kommet med en ny gasflaske, da den gamle ikke havde mere gas. Huset er i fin stand og meget rent. Vi nød specielt den udendørs bruser, hvor vi kunne blive skyllet efter strandturene samtidig med en fantastisk udsigt over middelhavet. Det bør nævnes at Zinnibiri ligger et sted hvor det er nødvendigt med en bil for at komme til strand, indkøb, restauranter med mere. Tak for nogle dejlige dage i Monicas hus.

Schöne moderne Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon und fantastischem Meerblick. Sehr sauber. Die Garage und die Waschmaschine waren auch sehr gut. Filomena ist super-freundlich, flexibler check-in und check-out war möglich. Danke für alles!

Typisch Italiaans huisje van vroeger met authentieke elementen en tof binnenkoertje. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om de regio te ontdekken, zeker als je van de bergen houdt.

Such a wonderful stay in a beautiful location-we did not want to leave! Antonio is a perfect host with plenty of local knowledge and is easily contactable with any needs you may require, and his wine is truly exceptional. We very much look forward to returning.

We had a great stay in Cala Gonone. The apartment was really spacious with two big bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and nice outdoor space as well. It’s an easy short walk to the beach and bars and restaurants. Handy supermarket just round the corner as well. Catarina was really welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

Beautiful view and easy to find. Close to the coast and shops. Parking is pretty tight to get in and out so be wary if you have a larger car. But would recommend very highly. Host was responsive and proactive. Had a great stay.

Fabulous getaway close to great beaches and lovely food. Fabio had lots of recommendations and whilst we didn’t end up using the kayak or bikes it was great to have as an option! Thanks Fabio, we’ll be back!

Francesca war eine äußerst zuvorkommende und nette Gastgeberin! Wir hatten alles in der Unterkunft was wir brauchten, insbesondere die Küche war hervorragend eingerichtet so dass wir für unsere Gruppe gut kochen konnten. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Schöne ruhige Ausgangslage zum Klettern, Baden, Essen gehen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank Francesca!

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni meravigliosi. L'appartamento di Paola è accessoriato di tutto (dalla lavatrice agli utensili per la cucina, fino agli ombrelloni per il mare), pulitissimo, confortevole: una menzione speciale va al letto grande e comodissimo. la casa è in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo e silenzioso, il centro di Tortolì è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi, e il paese stesso è un punto strategico per muoversi tra spiagge ed entroterra. Paola e i suoi genitori sono persone splendide: gentili, sempre disponibili e al contempo discreti. Speriamo di tornare presto a soggiornare in questo felice angolo di Sardegna.

Elena est proactive et nous a transmis l’ensemble des informations nécessaires à notre arrivée en amont. Le logement est conforme à la description. Plages et épiceries à côté ! Vue magnifique sur la mer. N’hésitez pas à réserver !

Merveilleux séjour à la Mariachiara. Maison très confortable. Vue incroyable. Extérieurs très bien aménagés (piscine, transats, terrasse couverte pour déjeuner, table de Ping Pong, cuisine d’été et jeux pour enfants). Localisation idéale avec la mer proche. Commerces proches et Chiara pour nous aider à organiser la découverte de la région. Services en option (dîner, activité pour les enfants) très pratiques. Alain et Chiara très gentils et toujours disponibles avant et pendant le séjour. À noter tout de même : piscine non sécurisée.

Very nice place with amazing friendly people. Apartment is clean and comfortable. You' ve got exactly what is described in the offer. Wifi and aircon works perfect. Kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. Pool was perfect for our daughter, she loved to swim and play with the cats. Bitches around are unbelivable! Every day we were on a different one, so you can choose and find what you want. All of them you can easily rach by car in 5 to 20 minutes. We really enjoy this place. Highly recommended. Grandios! Die Villa ist sichtgeschützt mit prächtiger Aussicht! Im Herbst ist es sehr angenehm, da nur wenige Häuser/Wohnungen im "Abba Urci" Ferienkomplex belegt sind! Lage: Marina di Tertenia, 15 Autominuten von Tertenia entfernt. 2 kleine Supermärkte in Tertenia. Schönste Strände innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten bis zu 45 Autominuten Richtung Tortoli zu erreichen! Massimo ist ein genialer Gastgeber. Er hat immer schnell geantwortet und sich eingesetzt, wenn es nötig war. Gärtner und Poolcleaner besuchten regelmässig das Grundstück.

Le logement de Sergio est un incroyable havre de paix à quelques km de Dorgali, au milieu des vignes de Sergio, dans sa maison de famille. Il vient facilement vous chercher car la route n'est pas facile à trouver la première fois. Sergio est un hôte absolument ADORABLE, prévenant, attentionné. il est vraiment exceptionnel. Allez chez lui passer quelques jours les yeux fermés. et appréciez la tranquillité, la dolce vitæ, la vraie

Très bon séjour chez Frederica, nous avons apprécié la tranquillité, la vue, le confort de la piscine, le logement est basic mais juste ce qu’il faut !! Malgré la barrière de la langue et le manque de réseau téléphonique nous avons apprécié nos échanges avec Frédérica qui nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaire pour notre séjour des poubelles à la boucherie du coin.

Wij hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf! De communicatie verliep vlekkeloos, het appartement en zwembad waren in zeer goede staat. De tuin is prachtig onderhouden en het uitzicht is fenomenaal. De omgeving is leuk om te wandelen of om naar het strand te gaan. Wij raden een vakantie bij Ugo absoluut aan! Groeten, Koen & Tine

Excellent stay for a very relaxing 11day holiday with 2 children. Place perfect for the children with additional amenities like night lights which was great. Pool shared with 4 other villas but only 1 other villa occupied and practically had to ourselves. The View from the garden and pool was stunning, better than the pictures! Very clean and comfortable villa with air con, great outdoor space, walking distance to the sandy beach (with children age 5 and 3 15-20mins). Beach was perfect for children. Rocky beach 5minutes from the villa but the sandy beach was much better. Fully equipped kitchen and excellent outdoor BBQ space (we bought our children’s plastic plates/cups after asking Valentina). Surprised no wifi available and the phone signal was quite intermittent. Valentina was very friendly, proactive, answered questions straight away and had great recommendations.
