Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Tortola

While St. John is our favorite place in the world, I can’t say enough about our experience at Eureka Villa — it was absolutely perfect for our two-couple group. Great location not far from Cruz Bay (and as a bonus: super close to Windmill Bar!). Was so appreciative of Elise being proactive upon our arrival to the island and personally escorting our Jeep to the location, showing us around the villa, and was more than willing to share her knowledge of the island. The panoramic view was indescribable. Loved having the cross-breeze from large glass/screen doors in the central space, while still having access to bedroom air conditioning for comfortable sleeping at night. Clean, organized, modern updates, STOCKED with home and beach supplies which saved lots of packing space for us — beach chairs, coolers, towels, snorkel gear, even had spare reef-safe sunscreen. Elise & John were immediately responsive to any questions and fantastic to work with. Already counting the days until our return.

Great spot only minutes from Cruz Bay. There’s a single parking spot that takes a little work to fit into but it’s sufficient. Good house for our family of 4 (2 teens). GREAT views from the back deck for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Would suggest darker curtains in the bedrooms as the current ones don’t keep out any light. Bed linens could be upgraded. Host was very responsive and easy to contact.

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this beautiful home nestled in the mountains of Tortola. The setting was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking ocean views that we enjoyed every day. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Peter and Denise were incredible hosts: warm, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our experience even more special. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with unbeatable scenery and top-notch hosting. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Jon and his team were incredibly supportive in helping us prepare in advance for our trip and our extended 3 generation family set up at the house, as well as any questions and requests during our stay. The house and setup were perfect for us, and our 12-day stay absolutely blissful. We enjoyed walks to the beach as much as leisurely floats in the infinity pool. If you leave with anything, it will be the distant calming sound of surf and the 180 views. We can’t wait to go back.

Shira’s place is exactly as described. It is very much like local living, simple yet comfortable. It was exactly what we were looking for.

This is the second time we have stayed in Coral Bay. Although I thought the last place was great this one far surpassed the other. Perfect place to bring our 80 year old Father, and also our 30 year old son and his new wife. We all had our perfect place. Sounds like we were very lucky with the weather, and can not complain about a thing.

The most idyllic retreat with a phenomenal view! A serene, private escape with all the amenities one could need.

This property is exactly as pictured and beautiful with new furnishings and decor. Nora has even created some of the art in the home. Nora is helpful, picked us up and dropped us off from the ferry and offered rides and a beach day. She’s a wealth of information and extremely helpful and kind.

We had a great stay in Monic’s place . She is very responsive and the place is beautiful and peaceful . Definitely recommend stay in her property. You won’t regret !

True Blessings was exactly that. We felt right at home right away. Laurel was very responsive to our inquiries. Plenty of room, beautiful deck area, close to supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. Relaxing area just around the corner from the busy Cruz Bay Area.

Great spot for sunsets and walking distance to Cruz bay. Having a chair and cooler provided was a huge plus for us !

STOP SCROLLING AND BOOK JENA’S AIRBNB!! Fabulous host, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the location. Speaking of location the views every morning are amazing and you are close enough to Cruz Bay for convenience but peaceful at the same time. Parking available which is extremely helpful if you are renting a car while on the island. 10/10 recommend

My stay at Greenbank Guest House was absolutely incredible! The home is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. Yokasta was a phenomenal host—her communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful, making the entire experience seamless. My mother and I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend Greenbank Guest House to anyone visiting Tortola, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Highly recommend this air bnb to anyone staying on Tortola. The area is amazing, a lot of close beaches and restaurants within a short drive. Overall the air bnb was perfect, host and Val was amazing and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great time. Waking up right on the ocean - can’t beat it. This place is amazing and photos don’t do a justice for how nice it was!!

We had a great visit at Mayling's place! It was very clean and comfortable and provided what we needed for a wonderful vacation. She reached out with check-in instructions prior to our arrival and all communication was easy & friendly. A big plus was being able to walk into Cruz Bay for dinner & shopping! We would be happy to stay again.

We stayed in St. John for 4 nights, It was a really nice experience at the vacation rental there. It was only about a 20 minute drive to all the most popular beaches. The location of the rental place was very nice, there were no houses very close to it which provided easy access and privacy. The rental home was very clean and had all the required amenities. We cooked a lot in the kitchen, it had all the required utensils, spice rack, full size refrigerator and very good gas stove with oven. They also had very nice balcony with furniture to sit and pretty good view of mango and tamarind trees around. They provided beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear, noodles etc which was really helpful. The washers and dryers were very helpful for us to take care of our wet clothes on a daily basis. The owners were very responsive and took good care of our stay. Overall, it was a really nice stay, would definitely come back again.

This was our 2nd time staying in St John. This visit we brought our 6 & 4 year old with us! Stacey’s unit was everything we needed! The front desk concierge were so friendly. We actually arrived before check in and used their bathroom so we could immediately go to the beach. They offered to hold our luggage but we just kept it in our jeep rental until check in! We jumped in the pool every day, walked to dinner and ice cream every night. Her unit has a great parking spot right by the pool and elevator. Her locker of beach gear was useful for Long Beach days. The unit itself was so clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfasts and lunches. The washer and dryer in the unit worked great. The beach cooler and beach towels were an added bonus for our stay! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to travel to St. John! From beginning to end Shan was responsive and helpful. I text him when we left the airport and we were met by a gentleman who opened up the condo. The place was immaculate. Bathrooms very clean. A/C wall units were on and it was nice and cool when we got in. There is a cute porch with a table and 4 chairs outside. Not a great view of the water but peaceful surroundings. Would have loved a couple of lounge chairs but it didn’t really matter…we just brought out two more chairs and had bfast outside. We swam in the pool which was nice and clean also. Very happy with the accommodations and if we find ourselves in Tortola again I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again.

This was our first experience using Airbnb. From the moment we booked, Donovan contacted us to let us know he would be available through the entire process. The property was beautiful and very well maintained. As questions came up; Donovan and property managers were quick to answer and followed up to make sure our stay was as expected. Mimosas on The Hills was such a beautiful home! Very centrally located, with amazing views. The layout of the house provides a lot of privacy, and plenty of room to gather with your family and friends. The house comes equipped with all the supplies you would need to make you feel at home. They also provide coolers and beach chair which obviously comes in very handy in St John. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to St John!

Lovely apartment in Cruz Bay with beautiful porch and comfortable, clean amenities and lovely decor. We stayed for one week with our 13 and 14 year old. We were worried it wouldn't be big enough with two teens, but the set up was perfect. We were able to let them sleep in on the fold outs in living room while we enjoyed coffee on the porch. No complaints about the fold outs - everything was comfortable and there were enough extra, quality linens to make up nice beds. The apartment is very comfortable, and the ability to open it all up to the island breezes was ideal. We never needed to run the AC during the day (we chose to at night so we could close the windows to avoid hearing the early morning roosters.) The hosts were great; responsive and helpful! They responded quickly on an afternoon returning from the beach when we accidentally reset the keypad entry and were locked out. We were tired, sandy and hungry and they had us back in the apartment within 15 minutes. Would stay again

Great stay! Excellent location very walkable to town and taxi stand for easy transport to beaches, etc. Host was very responsive and helpful. I had Starfish Market deliver food ahead of time so we walked into a stocked kitchen. We had a minor maintenance issue during our stay and Tracy was very responsive. Pool deck is gorgeous, photos didn’t do it justice. Beautiful pool and hot tub with views of Cruz Bay!

Wonderful quiet, space and loved the gated area with beautiful views! Cooler and beach chairs were a nice bonus. Tips: Google maps is accurate. The owner sends step by step instructions although we didn’t need it. You need a proper car. The roads are legit steep. We did walk 20 minutes to and from town a couple times although we enjoy walking. Gym is old although similar to a low to mid Marriott.

We loved our time at this place! The pictures are accurate, it was clean and spacious place to spent a week. It is a little tricky finding at first, but other than that, everything was perfect. The pool and grill are fantastic and private. The air bnb comes with snorkels and masks, a beach cooler and towels, and two lawn chairs. We ended up renting beach chairs in downtown Cruz bay. Would recommend and stay again!
