Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Welcome to our house in Torslanda, Gothenburg.

Spacious one-story house in a quiet area close to both swimming areas and central Gothenburg. The sea and the nearest swimming area are within walking/biking distance, 1.5 km. The nearest bus stop, Hornkamsgatan, is less than 1 km away and takes 10 minutes to walk to. With X1, you can easily get into Gothenburg city center. The bus takes about 35 minutes. The house is spacious and has a large and cozy sunroom. The house is in very nice condition and carefully renovated. The garden is large and there is room for play and large green areas.

Salt baths and all amenities

It offers all the amenities you would want from a modern home such as a washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning. The house was built in 2022 and from the patio and loft you can see the sea. Place to sit and eat both inside and outside, even the possibility to barbecue. In a few minutes on foot, you are down and diving into the sea. On the entrance level, there is a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and in the loft, there are 4 mattresses (80 cm). Parking space at Framnäs (Björkö) is available to borrow when you rent this accommodation.

In the guest harbor there is a tavern, barbecue area, a small shop and on top a fort. In the house there is what you need in the form of equipment for cooking, bed linens and towels.

In the middle of a residential area in Torslanda, our charming farm from the late 1800s is preserved. We rent out the old brewery, which is completely renovated. The house has all the comforts and access to the garden. It is close to the swimming area and public transport. The bus stop is a stone's throw from the house and it takes just under half an hour by direct bus to the central station. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. In the living room, there is also a double bed.

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. The bathroom and toilet are located 30 meters away from the cottage in the basement of the main building. The house is 30 m2, high ceilings, 1 sleeping loft, fireplace, bathroom, washing machine, kitchen, underfloor heating, patio and a large lovely garden with space for barbecue and hanging in the hammock among the apple trees. The decor is rustic and sometimes we use the house as a studio. Nature reserve, cliffs and sea just around the corner and also a grocery store and an inn 5 minutes away.
