Cozy old house from 1909. Fantastic view that simply MUST be experienced. Located in peaceful surroundings. HOWEVER THERE IS BUILDING ABOVE THE HOUSE The house has a small entrance hall, kitchen, dining room and living room. In the attic are 2 bedrooms. A SMALL TOILET WITHOUT A BATH/SHOWER! Folding mattress 150 wide, out in the attic. For those who want a cozy place, but can do without comfort. The location of the accommodation is in the center, the good thing is that it is a short distance to everything in the city center, but if you have a car then there is zona parking at 2 hours outside the apartment from 0900 to 1800 Monday to Friday, but there is a parking space close by and there can be kept for 8 hours. The weekend is free parking outside the apartment.
