In the apartment, there are good opportunities to cook good food and relax while enjoying the amazing sea views. No stairs outside or inside. There is underfloor heating throughout with a geothermal heat pump.

Lige udenfor kører der busser til centrum og en dagligvare butik er 2-3 min. væk. Selv om området er tæt bygget, er der rig mulighed for at nyde naturen. En sti langs området fører dig forbi dammen Myllutjørn, og en å løber langs stien. Andre skønne områder tæt på er bl.a. vandfaldet Svartifossur og Gamle Hoyvík, som er populær til at tage en kold dukkert i.
