Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem gemütlichen Haus in Leynar. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig und dennoch zentral, um die Inseln zu erkunden. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht: eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Utensilien, ein wohliger Kamin für gemütliche Abende und ein Badezimmer mit ausgezeichnetem Wasserdruck. Nach einem Tag voller Entdeckungen war es der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die Komfort und eine großartige Lage schätzen.

Tórhallur was a great host, very responsive and the place was incredible. Beautiful, peaceful, spacious and very clean, you have all the amenities you need. We would definitely stay there again!

Ancienne maison parfaitement rénovée avec beaucoup de charme, très cosy et chaleureuse dans un petit village proche de Torshavn. Le logement répondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Hôtes très réactifs et arrangeants. Je recommande!

Dagmar's house in Eiði was lovely. It's centrally located in the village, just opposite the town church. There's a convenient parking spot right out front. The interior was nicely decorated, and the house works well for a single traveler such as myself; it also, however, would work well for larger groups or families, as there are multiple bedrooms. This was a great place to stay while exploring the northern Faroes!

Den perfekte base for et ophold på Færøerne. Dejlig bolig med plads til familie på fire, beliggende med udsigt over fjorden. Lille lokalsamfund, supermarked, mulighed for at morgenbade i havet, smuk elv, der er en vandretur værd. Kort tur til Torshavn og alle de andre smukke steder på Færøerne.

We spent a whole week in Durita's apartment, and it was definitely a good choice for us. The apartment is fairly large and it has everything that can make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is very usable, the beds are comfy, the bathroom is perfect, in addition there is big living room to spend your time when the weather is too nasty to get out. Tórshavn is just a few minutes drive, and we could easily discover many of the islands from here. There are at least 2 great restaurants nearby (we did not try to find more). If we can ever return to the Faroe Islands, we would definitely stay here again. Lastly: the communication with Durita was super easy, she always answered literally in minutes.

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in. The space was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully equipped with nearly every comfort of home. The hosts' attention to detail was outstanding, and their warm welcome made us feel immediately at ease. When we accidentally left something behind, they went out of their way to return it—such lovely, considerate people. The accommodation itself was excellent, with just a short walk to nearby parking.

Ich habe zwei Wochen in dem Apartment verbracht und meine Zeit dort genossen. Es ist ein kleines Apartment und für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Das Queensize Bett im Schlafzimmer ist bequem, die Bettwäsche gemütlich und warm. Man hat alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das zweite Zimmer ist ein sehr kleines Durchgangszimmer (zum Flur, Bad und Schlafzimmer) mit kleiner Schlafcouch und ohne Fenster. Für zwei weitere Erwachsene nicht geeignet, aber für ein Kind OK. Man kann die Waschmaschine im Heizungsraum nutzen, was wirklich gut ist. Ein Trockner wäre vielleicht noch von Vorteil. Es gibt Parkplätze direkt gegenüber vom Haus beim Kindergarten. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind gut zu erreichen, äußerst hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Sie wohnen mit Hund und Kind in der Wohnung über dem Airbnb, was man auch hören kann :) Alles in allem ein gutes Airbnb in schöner Umgebung mit wirklich netten Gastgebern. Vielen Dank - ich komme gerne wieder!

Very nice new apartment with all the amenities you need. Hosts were very responsive and had very clear instructions for the apartment and for things to do. The closest grocery store was 100 meters away, and two restaurants were within 200 meters. We ate our dinners at Troshavn city centre, so no review available for restaurants close by. Very quiet neighbourhood. Ideal for a family of four (or five) or for two couples.

L'emplacement est magnifique, face à l'océan avec deux chemins d'accès au bord de mer. Deux fenêtres donnent de la salle a manger sur l'océan. Tout est très calme et l'activité à l'étage très modeste et tout à fait supportable, pas gênante du tout. Le salon est un peu sombre, pas orienté vers la vue mais très confortable, avec des plaids et de confortables coussins. La literie est excellente, et la salle de bain fonctionnelle. la décoration est adaptée et de bon goût. La cuisine est très bien équipée, cafetière, grille pain, bouilloire, micro-onde et lave-vaisselles. Nancy nous a bien aidé lors du marathon afin que nous ne soyons pas coincé par les barrages. A recommander sans hésiter.

Annfinn’s house is a perfect base for exploring the Faroe Islands. Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, it has everything you need to feel at home. Nicely furnished in Scandinavian style, it is equipped with all the accessories needed for cooking. A bonus is the availability of a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Hoyvík! It’s perfectly located for exploring the Faroe Islands, just minutes from Tórshavn and close to everything you need – restaurants, supermarkets, and more. The apartment is stylishly furnished and very well equipped, especially the kitchen and the spacious living/dining area. The bathroom is modern, though the shower might be a bit low for people about 2 meters. A washing machine and drying rack are a great plus. The bedroom offers a large, comfortable bed, and most windows have blackout blinds – ideal during the bright summer nights. Magnus is a kind and helpful host; we even found some local lemonade and beer waiting for us in the fridge. Parking is easy, and despite the nearby main road, the apartment is absolutely quiet. Highly recommended!

Niels’ apartment was absolutely beautiful. It is newly renovated with great taste and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay in the Faroe Islands. Niels was a fantastic host with excellent communication and a warm, accommodating approach that made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this place and would love to return.
