Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning should be done before you check out and should be thoroughly done, for example, vacuum, dry the floors, dust the bathroom and the kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included to the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

Directly outside the cottage, there are opportunities for biking, hiking or running. For those interested in golf, it is 4 km to Torsby's golf course. In winter, there are great opportunities for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing.

There are three bedrooms, 2 toilets, shower and sauna. The living room is high ceilings with kitchen and fireplace. The porch goes all around the house, so you can follow the sun and barbecue outside. At the campsite you can rent canoe, swimming,fishing or biking. In the autumn, mushrooms and berries can be picked. In winter there is ice fishing, snow scooter leads and skiing.

The kitchen is fully equipped, possibility to fire in wood stove, fireplace. A unique and different cottage with a large porch. Self-catering with about 75 sqm living space. There is no public transport here so you need your own car. Distance: Fryken 2 km, Ski Sunne 13 km, Mårbacka 15 km, Rottneros Park, Västanå theater and golf course 8 km.

The cottage is located with a lake view of the lake velen with only 10 minutes from Torsby city center. Some amusements located nearby are Hovfjället with ski resort and snowmobile trails, Torsby ski tunnel with cross-country skiing all year round. If you enjoy hiking, a trip up to Skallastugan is recommended up on the mountain, to see the beautiful nature. With the beachfront location to Lake Velen, there are nice opportunities for both fishing and swimming. Boat available to hire.
