What a magical place to stay! The views and location were incredible and the house itself was so clean and well appointed. It was our wedding anniversary during our stay and we had lovely surprises waiting for us upon our arrival, which made our celebration extra special - very thoughtful and generous of our hosts! We had the most wonderful time in Portree and on Skye and can’t thank David, Alexander and Katherine enough for their kindness, hospitality and for sharing their beautiful home with us ❤️

Wonderful place to stay, one of our favorite Airbnb thus far and we’ve travelled quite a bit. The place feels brand new even though it probably isn’t and that show the amount of care and attention Rebecca and John put into it. Every datail is thought of for you - from a well stocked kitchen to a washer and room for bikes. Highly recommend if you are looking to travel the area - wouldnt think twice and would definitely come back for a summer version of the Highlands.

Beautiful cabin next to Glen Affric. The cabin is comfortable and well equipped. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful due to a car issue. A big thank you. We would highly recommend this place.

What a fantastic place. We wanted somewhere to stay where we could make use of our paddle board & kayak and this was the perfect venue. Easy access to a fantastic quiet loch to enjoy the scenery. The hot tub & sauna were a very welcome treat after a day on the loch. Great location for exploring the highlands with Ben Nevis only 15 minutes away. The accommodation was excellent with absolutely everything you could need, from a lovely Scottish breakfast pack to gorgeous toiletries. The added bonus for us as a family was use the of BBQ hut. Would highly recommend and I’m sure we will be back.

One of the best places we’ve stayed at with a location just a 10 minute drive away from the city, the friendliest and most lovely hosts and a beautiful, clean and welcoming cabin. Definitely coming back here and would 100 percent recommend this to anyone!

The house was as advertised, clean, comfortable and spacious. The host was friendly and responsive to our requests, we would definitely recommend the property.

Very nice cottage with a stunning view on the lake. Lovely, big Garden with rabbits. The cottage was very clean, super well equipped and decorated. It had various sorts of tea, coffee, hot chocolate powder, oil, vinegar and spices, and Undine had even left a big box of shortbreads for us. The communication with her was very easy and all Information about our stay easily accessible. We will recommend it to our friends !

Incredible experience in every aspect. The place is super cozy, well designed and appointed. Surroundings are stunningly beautiful. Joy is the best host who is friendly and accommodating.

We had a brilliant stay in Hebrides Cottage, owner Janice was excellent with her quick, helpful communication….we found everything we could possibly want or need was provided…..it was exceptionally clean. The cottage was in a fantastic peaceful location, the views from the bedrooms and kitchen were absolutely amazing. We visited local restaurants in Stornoway, and it was very easy to drive in to go to a variety of small shops and get supplies from the large Tesco and Co-op supermarkets. We visited many local sites, Callanish Stones, Dun Calloway - the best preserved Broch, Gearrannan Blackhorse, Butt of Lewis, Lews Castle and the very informative museum about Hebridean island life, we will definitely come back to stay again.
