The location of the house is perfect and the house itself is spacious and with lots of natural light. The rooms are comfortable, the house was very clean and communication with São went very well. I would rent again, without a doubt!

Second stay here, that says it all. Happy to come back for a third time. This house has everything you need!

Jaroslav’s is an amazing host and makes you fell welcomed. The place is amazing,plenty of light during the day. The house as everything that we need to spend great times and is well decorated. We really enjoy our stay and definitely will return.

The apartment is as described in the pictures and we felt right at home. The apartment accommodates well a family of 4, 1 bedroom with own suit bathroom and another room with a very big bathroom. The location is close enough to Nazaré and had parking in front of the building. But you need a car to reach anything. Location is grant specially if you want some peace and quiet. There were 2 down points, as we went during winter: the pool was not heated as described and we couldn’t enjoy it and the aircon was not working. Gladly they had small fan heaters that did the work. We did enjoy the place with high quality of finishing!

The stay provided by Alberto was perfect in many ways. When we arrived, the space was quite clean and tidy. Its location was excellent, being close to the overlook, swing and elevator. Communication with Alberto was very good, and he was very understandable and friendly!!

Tania's welcome on arrival with explanations and a folder containing restaurants, places to visit etc. Very clean apartment as described with access to the garage. A plus. No air conditioning but it's windy and cool at night. The only downside is the wifi which, despite Tania's efforts, only worked on the last night.

Octavio had great communication. Somehow I booked the wrong dates leaving me one night without a room. He had already booked the apt for that night but found me somewhere else in the neighborhood instantly. That took a lot of stress off me

Everything went amazingly well during our stay. The house is wonderful and Lidia's super friendly... 10 out of 10!!!

We really enjoyed the apartment and the location with easy beach access and plenty of restaurants around. The hosts were super friendly making sure everything is ok. There is a well equipped kitchen that is pleasure to use, spacious living room with a large dining table. The bedroom was a bit noisy from the outside staircase, the other bedroom is a bit noisy from the late night music but that was well communicated by the hosts in advance and did not create any issues, the windows provide good insulation. Overall a great experience and we’d be happy to come back anytime.

Very enjoyable stay at a lovely place. The apartment was presented very well and the hosts were great.

Very large house with private pool and really huge roof terrace. There were only two of us here, there are beds for 6 people and 2 bathrooms. There is a garage for the car, also enough parking space in front of the house. For surfing: only 10 minutes by car to Baleal and Supertubos is even closer. Thanks to Celia for the wonderful time!

We had a couple of small issues and Mariana was super responsive in addressing them for us. This is a lovely quiet apartment with a modern spacious kitchen and comfortable beds. It felt very private and secure. There is a pool and weight room. Best to have a car - you have to drive to get to restaurants, beach, grocery store.

This appartment was perfect for us. - it is extremely clean and functional - best situation to park, go to the city center by walking & enjoying the sunset, - Ana Paula & Sofia have been fantastic host, extremely responsive on my questions. I do recommend this place for everyone that is going to spend few days, weeks, months in beautiful Ericeira. I hope I can go there again.

A great place to stay in Nazaré! The space was clean and modern, with a wonderful view of Nazaré beach. The kitchen was adequately equipped for light meals. The apartment is best accessed by car. The Silver Prop team was helpful and provided great local tips. Highly recommended!

Great place to relax! The sea and the beach are a few steps away! Several small touches were waiting for us, the host is committed to making the stay an unforgettable one! We would return without hesitation!
