Apartment vacation rentals in Torre San Giovanni

It was such a pleasure to spend a few days at this hidden gem, hosted by Emanuele, his wife Laura, sister Giulia, and parents Simonetta and Tomasso, all of whom made us feel right at home. We were spoiled by the daily breakfasts they prepared, and Emanuele provided many great local recommendations for us. The pool and surroundings are so peaceful, and the room was very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place to explore Salento from, or for more generous and welcoming hosts!

Io e la mia compagna ci siamo trovati benissimo, l’appartamento era splendido, pulitissimo, fresco, ben rifinito, attrezzato e condizionato. Posizione centrale in piena zona pedonale, con un bel balcone vista mare e un tavolino per mangiare fuori. Il personale dell’agenzia è stato cortese e presente, davvero non potremmo trovare un difetto neanche volendo. E' bello vedere che ci sono persone che lavorano con una tale passione e precisione.

Das Airbnb von Antonio ist wunderbar innerhalb des centro storico unweit des Domes gelegen. Eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und kleinen Boutiquen lassen einen in die wunderschöne Atmosphäre Lecces eintauchen. Lecce ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Touren zu Städten und traumhaften Stränden der Gegend. Das Airbnb selbst bietet alles an Komfort für einen schönen Aufenthalt zu zweit. Die außergewöhnlichen Räume mit ihrer großzügigen Raumhöhe mit Natursteinelementem bezaubern ebenso wie die liebevolle und ausgesuchte Einrichtung. Modernität trifft auf Geschichte. Die Küche ist perfekt mit modernen Geräten ausgestattet. Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck und Kochtöpfe waren in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden und qualitativ hochwertig. Antonio war ein großartiger Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und hat unseren Aufenthalt mit seinen vielen wertvollen Tipps verschönert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können Antonios Airbnb uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Mille Grazie!

Le paradis tout simplement : nous avions choisi cet arrêt à Morciano di Leuca pour nous rapprocher du sud des Pouilles, sans vraiment savoir à quoi nous attendre… et c’était tout simplement merveilleux ! Accueillis par Giulia, tout s’est extrêmement bien passé ! Les prestations de ce Airbnb sont EXCEPTIONNELS : la chambre magnifique, le petit-déjeuner délicieux, le jacuzzi très bien entretenu, le village à proximité est très joli avec de bons restaurants… + nous étions à 10min en voiture des plages appelées « Maldives du Salento ». bref nous recommandons ++++++ Digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles ! Grazzie mille Giulia pour ce moment hors du temps, c’était formidable 🤩

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Marco hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Terrasse mit Pool sind wunderschön. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. An der schönen, nahegelegenen Bucht befindet sich eine gute Strandbar. Castro liegt gerade so in fußläufiger Entfernung. Ein Vorteil war der private Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Die Kommunikation mit Giorgio war schnell und unkompliziert.

tutto perfetto! Accoglienza al top, mai avuto un'accoglienza così cortese e generosa (frigo pieno di frutta, bibite, e pasticciotti freschi di pasticceria portati dalla gentilissima signora Carla Eva). Superpulito, splendida terrazza e vicinissimo alla bellissima spiaggia. Complimenti agli host!

Amazing Place: Very clean with all the little things you need for an extended stay. Beautiful views from the terrace. We used it as a hub to. Visit the beaches of the area. A perfect stay!

Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Luxuswohnung hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen – stilvoll eingerichtet, blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Gastgeber, der sich außergewöhnlich gut um uns gekümmert hat. Von der herzlichen Begrüßung bis zu den vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Wohnung ein Traum, und der Service erstklassig.

This place is beyond special. Set in the carriage house of a splendid villa estate. The location was perfect for us, between lovely Nardo and the gorgeous waterfront of Santa Caterina. Anna and Carlo are gracious and generous hosts, it was our great pleasure to get to know them a little bit during our stay. They are passionate gardeners and conservationists and this passion was evident in all that they did. We were greeted with fruit and herbs from the garden and delicious local wine. The casa (there are two, side by side) was spotless and beautifully decorated, the pool just perfect. We hope to return one day. Thank you Carlo and Anna for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Antonio. C’est la maison des vacances par excellence ! Une super vue mer, une terrasse et une maison très agréable. Nous nous y sommes tout de suite sentis bien. Antonio nous a accueilli parfaitement et s’est montré très disponible. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

pasamos una estadía FANTÁSTICA en casa de Alessandro, nos sentimos muy cómodos !!! nos recibieron sus padres, con indicaciones claras, muy atentos y amables! el departamento es tal cual la descripción y fotos , limpieza IMPECABLE nos dejo lista cuna, silla de comrr, sábanas toallas de bebé e incluso juguetes !! la cercanía con la playa hace que el alojamiento sea perfecto sin dudar volvería y recomendaría amigos!!

Der Aufenthalt war super, die Unterkunft sauber und sehr groß mit einer riesigen Terrasse. Unsere Tochter hatte viel Platz zum krabbeln und spielen. Lucia hat auf Nachrichten immer sehr schnell reagiert, war hilfsbereit und gab uns Tipps. Die Lage ist super. zu Fuß ist man schnell im Zentrum, bei Cafés und Restaurants. mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell die Küste (wir waren in Castro) und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. wir kommen gerne wieder :)

We had a lovely stay in Maria’s apartment, the apartment was clean and really nicely presented. The bed is also extremely comfortable and the location is perfect. We stayed for a week in otranto and couldn’t recommend it more, the restaurants were all really well priced and delicious. The town itself is very peaceful and quaint. Maria was very helpful with anything we needed and gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do. Five stars from us!!

Nous sommes restés 5 nuits dans cet appartement. La terrasse est incroyable ainsi que la vue mer !!!! Bien situé, supermarché à 8min en voiture, le petit centre ville est accessible à pied. Appartement propre et fonctionnel, néanmoins il est très mal insonorisé, nous avons entendu très distinctement les voisins d’à côté et au dessus. Il y a également une boîte de nuit à ciel ouvert à 400m, cela a été très bruyant mais sur 1 nuit seulement, mais il s’agissait de la fête nationale !! Les bouchons d’oreille ont réglé le problème !

El lugar queda a unos 30 minutos de la playa caminando, pero nuestro anfitrión tenía unas bicicletas que podíamos usar cuando quisiéramos, eso nos facilito mucho nuestra estadía en el lugar. Llegamos tarde el día del check in, peri sus padres nos fueron a buscar y nos llevaron a casa, ya que veníamos cargados. Realmente agradezco su amabilidad y hospitalidad.

Nieves was wonderful. She went way out of her way to make us feel welcome. She even volunteered to go shopping for us, since we arrived late in the evening!! When the hot water heater stopped working, she and a technician came out the same day to resolve the issue. When we locked ourselves out of the apartment she made a special trip to provide us extra keys. She is such a nice lady. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The private courtyard was quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable. The linens were pressed. If we ever return to Lecce, we will stay here again.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i leiligheten. Var akkurat slik vi ønsket. Rent og pent overalt. Flott garasje til bilen. Hyggelig at verten hadde satt frem diverse snacks og kald drikke i kjøleskapet. Fikk også god hjelp til bestilling av f.eks. drosje hvis vi skulle ut for å spise eller shoppe i gamle-byen. Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet 😊

L’accueil a été très chaleureux et une propriétaire au top. Elle a su être réactive lors de nos demandes, et nous a conseillé et expliqué comment se déplacer dans la région pour découvrir les plus beaux endroits des pouilles. Le logement est semblable aux photos. L’appartement était très propre et fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé et est à deux minutes de l’arrêt de bus ce qui nous a permis de découvrir la région. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse qui donne une vue imprenable sur le port et sur le château. On peut voir le lever du soleil de la terrasse. Je recommande ce logement, il est parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Felice di aver scelto questa dimora per il mio mese nel Salento! Disponibilità e cortesia fantastica per check in e check out. Casa arredata con gusto e completa sia in cucina che nel resto dell’arredo oltre che molto pulita! Posizione fantastica per girare il basso Salento. Grazie per tutto! Magnifique séjour dans le cœur historique de Lecce! Nous avons adoré notre petit nid douillet qu’est le Pumo Verde! L’hôte était hyper réactif et disponible pour la moindre question. Le seul bémol est l’humidité mais il s’agit d’un facteur courant à Lecce. Je vous recommande fortement ce petit bijou!!

Le logement était très bien et conforme à l'annonce. Le gros point positif est la piscine, elle est magnifique avec une belle vue sur la mer.

I would give this place and host 6 stars if I could! It’s a HUGE apartment that’s part of a palazzo built in the 1400s. Luigia is the most charming, warm, friendly and helpful host ever! She makes you feel at home and does so many thoughtful things like stocking the fridge with food and beverage items, walking you through the place with the right level of detail and even made my restaurant reservations for me like a concierge. The location is 2 mini blocks off the main square yet tranquil as can be. And the bed is the most comfortable of my 5 weeks in Italy thus far! I love Lecce, this place and this host! Can’t wait to return.

Чудова квартира, яка нам дуже сподобалася, від чудового господаря. Прекрасний дім, в якому розташована квартира, має свій дуже красивий внутрішній двір. Є підземний гараж. Домініко був дуже привітним, завжди на звʼязку. Квартира розташована недалеко від основного торгівельного району міста, чуть далеко від пляжів, але ми були на машині, тому нас це не турбувало. У місті є велика полоса чудових пляжів, де є парковки. Вода у морі дуже чиста. При першої можливості с задоволенням відвідаю це місто знову та обовʼязково повернуся в цю чудову квартиру.
