We booked a spontaneous short stay in Cesenatico and the place was really nice for that. It's three minutes to the beach, the area is quiet and the amenities are really good! Sabina was very friendly and flexible.

We are very happy to have chosen Linda's place. The place was as described by Linda and the surroundings were very great. We have reached everything very well on foot and there would also have been the possibility to rent bicycles to be even more flexible. Linda always responded immediately and asked several times if everything was okay. She's a very thoughtful host. We would always book this place again.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

i stayed for Rita, a fantastic person, a house as described, clean , very nice little! Very close to the station very close to the sea...I would say soon.

Staying in the beautiful home of Gisella and Roberto was a pleasant moment of relaxation and family life. We were able to play in the pool, chat in the well-appointed outdoor spaces, have lunches and dinners in a space organized in every little detail and comfort. The house was very clean and had very well-structured spaces and everything you need for a comfortable and high-quality stay. The hosts were pleasant, welcoming and attentive, they gave us useful directions on great places to taste good food and made themselves available for every request made. We recommend it as a great place to experience the area surrounded by the Marche hills.

Everything was fine. Our questions about things to do or anything else were always well answered. The facility is very well maintained and the house has everything you need to cook and linger there. The pool was our highlight Everything is very charmingly furnished and lovingly designed.

Very nice, quiet and clean place, very comfortable bed. It is accessed by an elevator to the second floor and then there is an elegant staircase that leads to the apartment on the third floor. Easy self check-in. Easy to manage the temperature of the rooms. Great downtown location not too far from public parking for cars. In addition to the two beautiful rooms each with its own bathroom and living room, there is a gem in the loft that creates an additional space to find a corner to read or rest. We had a wonderful stay.

The house is very spacious, with a particular structure. The owners are very available. A few minutes walk and you're on the beach. Lido San Giuliano is quiet and suitable for families with children. Just beyond the beach and the center of Rimini. Very close to the supermarket and fruit and vegetable house, just over pizzerias and restaurants. Welcome to our beautiful Italy.

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

My girlfriend and I spent a wonderful weekend in this rural location surrounded by green hills and olive trees. The place is a real paradise for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. The pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake, perfect for recharging. Our cat also loved the quiet atmosphere and the house. Daniele was extremely welcoming, kind and helpful (at all times!), making us feel comfortable right away. We recommend this experience to anyone who wants to get away from the routine and enjoy a peaceful corner in the middle of nature. We will definitely be back!

Great house in the middle of italian country side. Garden, environmnent and everything give great italian experience. During eleven days I have chance to relax and forget about city, cars and all the Urban life. Evidently my greatest holiday

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

Our stay was great. The apartment is located under pine trees and it was quiet. The apartment was clean, has everything you need and is very cozy. We enjoyed the terrace and pull-out sofa. The landlady was very friendly and welcomed us very spontaneously. We were very satisfied and would come back.

Lorenzo is an incredible friendly host and very helpful. The Appartement was very clean and worth the price.

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights in this beautiful home. The place and the view were not a surprise because the photos we had seen already heralded a magical air, but in person the emotion is unique. Chiara is a very sweet and super helpful girl. The thing we liked most was the serenity it gave us, we felt right at home. We hope to return to this wonderful place soon!

Dear Letizia and Michele, thank you very much for welcoming us in you beautiful Appartment. Everything was perfect! Very nice Appartment, everything is like on pictures. Appartment is equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable furniture, modern design, very clean and fresh. Despite of really hot weather in Cattolica in Appartment there is good air conditioning and you can easily regulate comfortable temperature. Dog friendly approach was a very good bonus for us as we travelled with our dog. We are travelling with children and for us also it was important to have kitchen equipped with everything - it was perfect match. You have everything you need as at home. :) Location of Appartment is perfect. In the heart of Cattolica with a lot of restaurants and attractions. Close to the sea, 5 minutes. It was very comfortable. Owners are very positive and nice people, Letizia and Michele were in contact, they helped us to find and to organise parking. Thank you! Positive bonus - really great terrace where you can relax and enjoy with whole family. We spent great time, we felt as at home and have only best memories about our stay! Highly recommend this place!
