House vacation rentals in Torre Pedrera

Stephano and Alessandro were super friendly. They always answered right away or tried to help us when we needed something. We were astonished with their sympathy and care for us. Casa del sole is a very beautiful home, for friends, family or even a great stay for a workation. We will definitely come back :)

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

The property was well-equipped and very clean. The location on a small hill is a dream, sunset included. Martina is a very thoughtful host!

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully decorated. The garden was great and the children especially liked it. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super delicious fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was OK - a really great service. Should we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

What a perfect week! Clean, modern, uncluttered and very quiet accommodation that is a perfect base for exploring Le Marche. We stayed in "Menta/Mint" for 1 week at the end of October/start November. We were very fortunate with the weather - max 22c all week and wall-to-wall sunshine. "Mint" and "Basil" share a good-sized pool (5mx3m perhaps) which was heated, along with Jacuzzi bubbles - and had all-day sunshine. After a long day sightseeing it was perfect to head into the the jacuzzi pool and watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The kitchen with a dining table was well-equipped and ideal for cooking. The accommodation has a good-sized patio with a large outdoor dining table, a couple of extra relaxing chairs and a coffee table. Menta is a couple of miles from the road that can take you off to Urbino or San Marino (which we did). Corinaldo is worth a visit too. Adriana greeted us upon arrival and it was very easy to checkin/out. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks.

We spent almost two weeks in a beautiful place. The villa is spacious and very well equipped. Surrounded by a nice park, a large pool, and a great place to relax. Shops, patiseries, pizzerias, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Very quick to get to Ravenna. Thank you very much Loredana and Giorgio for providing us with a very pleasant stay. We would love to return to this place.

Huge house in a beautiful location in the Italian country side. Lots of space and privacy. A lot of nice villages, a fortress and San Marino closeby.

Our stay in Ravenna was super! Angela Maria and her family are exceptional hosts, always available and courteous. Upon our arrival we were provided with all the directions to the house and the surroundings, and even during the stay we were provided with advice on what to do and where to go. The house is beautiful, spacious and quiet. Everything is very clean and with every comfort, it is also really within walking distance of the center, in a 10-minute walk you can reach the center of Ravenna, we never moved by car. Definitely recommend and can't wait to come back!

Patrick was very kind. The apartment very clean and well furnished and the location was really central and close to main attractions and restaurants and bar. It is at the ground floor so very close to the street

We had a great time at Giovannis and Serines place! Giovanni proactively texted us tips for beaches, restaurants, activities, etc beforehand which was really nice, The appartment has everything you need, a great kitchen, everything was spotless clean. The terrace has great view of the castle montefiore and the garden is really beautiful too. You’ll for sure enjoy your time with them :)

The accommodation matches the description, is on three floors and is equipped with everything you need in both the kitchen and bathroom. Christian is really helpful and takes care of his guests in a professional and courteous manner. Having to report the only "negative" thing that we discovered only upon our arrival and on which the owner is already working is the poor telephone line or internet network. Even using the phone hotspot it was not possible to use the internet on the PC because the phones (of different operators) did not have reception. However, a stable connection will soon be available, I only recommend, in case you think it is necessary, to make sure of it. For the rest, check-in and check-out are very simple, quiet area but close to services (bus stop right outside the gate) and small touches that made us feel at home, such as chocolates and a bottle of wine that were offered to us. This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

this is by far our favourite experience ever on airbnb. the place is absolutely stunning and even better than described - it had everything we needed including an amazing speaker, which definitely made our holiday to the point we didn't even leave the place other than to go to the supermarket. the kitchen is a dream with everything that cn be possibly needed to cook amazing meals and the bedroom and bed is super comfy. Marissa is such a kind and friendly host, super responsive and flexible, it made the experience absolutely memorable. we were so sad to leave, that we're already planning to come back next year.

If you truly want to feel as if you're a local, stay at this beautiful home! You're right in the middle of everything, yet you feel as though you're in your own private oasis. The courtyard, the rooms, the views-it was all amazing. What a gem! I will stay here again.

We were so lovingly received and the time of our arrival from Milan was updated again especially for us. The place was so wonderfully large, bright, clean, modern and chic. Very conveniently located on foot and by car. Very good air conditioning! The landlords gave us many discounts for Bagnio, food activities. Bed linens, soap, towels, shampoo were available like a very good hotel. The kitchen is fantastically equipped. Supermarket, restaurants, beach all immediately within walking distance. We were very happy there and would love to live there forever.

We were in Mondaino for the Motomondiale di Misono, we had a great time with the house, clean, efficient and with a magnificent view. I congratulate hosts for their help and quick answers to our questions. We hope to be back soon! Highly recommended ☺️
