Kurt’s place is amazing, filled with character and unique details, we enjoyed every moment! It felt like we were living in a castle 😄 The town of Denice is very quiet and cozy. Highly recommend not to be afraid to talk to neighbors (we did it via google translate) and learn more about the town history. Take Kurt’s directions about how to get to the house, because some of the roads that google maps are suggesting can be gorgeous but very narrow. We recommend to also explore surrounding villages! The only thing to consider if you’re a light sleeper - there is a bell tower that rings during the day and night. It’s a common thing in small Italian villages, when you get used to it you rarely notice it. Kitchen is a bit small but we managed to fit and make food for 9 people. The pool is perfect, we spent most of our time there. It’s clean, big and the view from it is fantastic! Kurt was responsive, gave us great recommendations and asked if everything was okay for us during our stay ❤️

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Max‘ und Davides wunderschöner Villa. Unsere beiden Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit, stets greifbar ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Egal ob Ausflugsziele oder Restaurants: die beiden hatten immer den perfekten Tipp. Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt: direkt am Meer in ruhiger Umgebung. Ein paar Meter weiter findet man Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Casa e ambiente meraviglioso. Ottima per rilassarsi e spendere un po' di tempo insieme con amici e familiari. La casa è vicina ad Alba, Barbaresco e non lontana da Barolo. In poco più di un'ora si raggiunge Torino. Se avrò la possibilità, tornerò sicuramente. La consiglio.

Inoltre giardino, cortile, animali, piccola piscina acqua riscaldata e barbecue. Tutto a disposizione degli ospiti. Location perfetta per esplorare la splendida zona attorno. Wer sich nach einem ruhigen Urlaub sehnt, ist bei Angelo genau richtig. Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem Berg, abgelegen der Stadt. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Umgebung und die unzähligen Weinberge. Bei Spaziergängen erreicht man die umliegende Gegend und stößt hierbei auf eine umwerfende Natur. Da wir keine Fahrräder dabei hatten, waren wir auf das Auto angewiesen, da Canelli mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Die Unterkunft ist voll ausgestattet, man hat alles, was man benötigt. Wir haben uns wie daheim gefühlt. Vor allem aber lädt der Pool zum Verweilen ein. Er ist groß, liegt unterhalb des Hauses und ist sauber! Zwar hat man den Pool aufgrund der anderen Gäste meistens nicht für sich alleine, aber die Fläche ist groß genug, um seine Ruhe zu haben. Angelo als Gastgeber war offenherzig, interessiert und freundlich. Bei Fragen konnte er uns immer helfen. Wir hatten intensive Gespräche, ein schönes letztes Abendessen zusammen und eine tolle Zeit. Es war fast wie Zuhause!

Ich habe Catalina‘s Wohnung für meine Eltern gebucht, die aus familiären Gründen kurzfristig nach Alessandria reisen mussten. Alles verlief reibungslos, Catalina war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit- obwohl sich meine Eltern nicht wie vereinbart eine halbe Stunde vor Ankunft gemeldet haben. Saubere Wohnung die alles bietet was man benötigt. Danke Catalina!

Davide welcomed us warmly, despite our late arrival, and kindly took the time to give us a full tour of the property and help us understand some of its incredible history. The apartment is stunning and a world treasure, yet also somehow very comfortable and peaceful. We all slept and worked really well here. We loved the local bakery and walked everywhere - to the historic centre and even to Boccadasse. It was a wonderful trip and we'd like ve to come back one day! Grazie mille, Davide e Genova!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, eravamo io e il mio compagno e 3 cagnolini di piccola taglia Sia Emanuela che la mamma sono state super disponibili e gentili. Anche i cagnolini si sono trovati divinamente, ci hanno fornito anche ciotole e cucce. Appartamento molto bello, elegante e raffinato. Terrazzino molto carino e immerso tra piante e fiori. This place was a little jewel. A gift hidden in the forrests. The drive up and down was magical each day. Note, you 100% need a car to be able to access the house. But once there, it's everything the listing says and more. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, the beds are made, there are extra towels and napkins, there is wood for the fire, bottles of wine as welcome gifts. And the hosts! So friendly, so helpful, so kind. As a family that enjoyed their privacy, we were very grateful not to have to share the house with the host family. We were there on our own, the entire time. Children can scream and play and run around, with no fear of bothering anyone. The view from the dining room is to die for. This really was a magical find, and at an amazing price too.

Nagyon szép környezet. Minden meg volt a szálláshelyen ami csak kellett. Nagyon szép kilátás, békés környezet. A házigazda nagyon kedves , türelmes , mindenben segít. Lift is volt, így könnyen fel lehetett vinni a csomagokat az emeletre . Sok élménnyel gazdagodtunk. Még biztos visszatérünk. Házvezetőnő is van aki nagyon kedves , szintén segítőkész, pontos. Köszönjük szépen.

Excelente opção em Asti. Apartamento extremamente limpo. Localização maravilhosa, próxima as atrações turísticas e restaurantes. Wi-Fi. Vale cada centavo. A única ressalva é a escada para acesso ao apartamento. Muito estreita.

Siamo tre coppie di adulti, ognuna con tre figli sotto l'anno. La struttura ampia, ordinata e pulita ci ha permesso di passare una settimana nel totale relax e benessere. Siamo stati accolti dal custode Niku, che si è mostrato disponibile, offrendoci anche verdure del suo orto. La villa è composta sul piano terra: di un ampio soggiorno ben arredato con camino, una sala da pranzo con un tavolo lungo in legno, un bagno di servizio e una cucina molto grande e attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Il piano superiore prevede due ampie camere da letto, ben isolate le une dalle altre con bagni privati. Nel giardino si trova una dependance, adibita a camera con bagno. All'esterno un gazebo con tavolo dove far colazione, pranzare e stare in compagnia guardando il panorama. Piscina lunga e confortevole. Attrezzata di lettini e ombrellone. In conclusione, abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine, curato e pulito. Villa in cima a una collina tra le vigne. Nonostante il caldo, il clima era ventilato e fresco.

Valter er en fantastisk vert, du kan nyte late dager ved bassenget eller oppsøke spennende steder i nærområdet. Fantastiske omgivelser. Kan ikke få fullrost hans gjestfrihet. Føler deg som hjemme .

Magnifique établissement ! Calme, luxueux tout y est ! Nous regrettons d’avoir pris que 2 nuits. C’est une certitude nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Par contre, nous vous conseillons de faire des courses avant d’arriver au logement ou de manger à l’extérieur car à Ognio malheureusement le restaurant est fermé. Gros coup de cœur pour la Tana di Jack a quelques km du logement.
