Cristoforo's house is very clean, in a great location (very close to the beach and the center of the village). The apartment is small, but with ample space outside. Cristoforo and his family live right above and were very kind and full of tips. They also lent us the umbrella we didn't have. Last important thing for those in the car: parking is free and very close on the street!

Great and quite place. Ideally for two people. Federico was really helpful with all the questions we had.

Fantastic stay. Alberto was always quick to respond. His family was so helpful and a delight to interact with. We hope to return one day and would definitely rent again from Alberto. Great place to explore Sardinia.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment - the checkin with Marta’s aunt was super friendly and helpful, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We would love to come back and strongly recommend traveling there!

Mario was an excellent host, always quickly accessible, very helpful and friendly. Check-in was hassle-free with a key box. The location was great. Tertenia is easy to reach and the beach nearby is very nice for children. We will be happy to come back. There were shops within walking distance.

Very nice house, clean and equipped, overlooking the green with a beautiful terrace on which to eat or rest. For lovers of silence and peace. i definitely recommend spending the holidays here, an unbeatable value for money. The owners are really exquisite people, which we thank again . Lotzorai is a quiet village, but nothing is missing, the most beautiful beaches can be reached by car in minutes.

Everything is just as advertised. A great house with all the amenities. The perfect location for visiting the southeastern part of Sardinia. Water, juice and beer in the refrigerator to welcome us and some delicious cupcakes as a farewell gift. The hostess Veronica was very friendly and helpful in recommending local visits during our stay. Good luck to an excellent host!!!

Private parking place in such a place is always big plus. Very nice view and even better one from common terrace. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is fairly equipped. Internet speed is fine. Some disadvantages: TV signal poor, A/C noisy, only Italiano :)

Upon arrival, we were only startled at how close the apartment is to the neighbors (in the hotel next door was just leaving), but we were alone in the house and were thus able to enjoy the peace and use the large garden. We were also delighted with the cat visits. The bike path to the beach is super pleasant and a rarity in Sardinia. Also within walking distance of restaurants was very pleasant. We fell in love with the Spiaggia Di Su Sirboni and also visited the restaurant with sea view on the way. The mosquito windows were important, the microwave convenient, everything worked. Despite the simple decor, we didn't miss anything. Communication was also easy and friendly. We would come back!

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

We lived in Manuela's house with 9 people. There was enough space and we felt very comfortable. The pool was "gold" for the kids :) The view of the sea and the daily breakfast on the terrace cannot be paid with money, just a dream. We miss it....Since we came to Sardinia by car, we were able to visit many beautiful beaches and places. We also booked a boat with skipper, just ask at the port of Porto Corallo. He drove us to snorkel and swim at beautiful coves with crystal clear waters. That was an experience for all of us. Manuela's house is large and stocked with everything you could ever need, nothing was missing in the kitchen. It should be noted that there is no filter coffee machine, but a capsule machine. Manuela is really a perfect host, upon arrival there were drinks (water, sparkling wine, juice) and ice cubes in the fridge, a cake, snacks, noodles were ready. Thank you

Loved the vibe of the place and the view we woke up and fell asleep to. Antonio is super helpful and responds instantly. We had an amazing time, thank you!

Overall we were very satisfied. Manuela was very nice and always available. The house was good for us 4 (2 adults and 2 children) from the place. Kitchen has the essentials that you need. Even got milk, coffee powder, and a bottle of water. The air conditioning in the living/dining room is loose enough for the whole house. Cools very well!The property is a dream and is very quiet. It grows grapes, figs, pears, from which we were allowed to eat and from time to time we got fresh eggs from the chickens. Great also that there is a washing machine. However, the way to the house is not for lowered cars. The highlight is the open terrace. Just the many flies are a bit annoying. In the evening with candles everything is great! The beaches near Foxi Murdegu and Foxi Manna are very nice and not overcrowded like many others.

We spent a fantastically beautiful week after the end of the season with lots of peace and a beautiful beach almost to ourselves. The apartment is well laid out and the beds comfortable. The terrace with the view is a dream and the location perfect, right on the beach but also with hiking opportunities in front of the door. Our host was very friendly and flexible, we would recommend the place.

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Small house on the ground floor in the peaceful countryside, the house is very nice with a beautiful small garden, very clean, very complete kitchen equipment, very rustic and charming real wood furniture, supermarket and pharmacy in the neighborhood. We were able to visit the Baunei coast by boat excursion from the port of Santa Maria Navarrese, a 30-minute drive from the accommodation.

Unfortunately short stay, it is a house that for the comfort and accessories is worth living even for long vacations. I have never found a cleaner and more comfortable house in all my travels, very comfortable even for families (the children's room that we did not use being only two is beautiful) clean scent everywhere, very comfortable bed with choice of pillows, impeccable bathroom with even a hair straightener. Fresh drinks available in the fridge for arrival, very welcome. Lots of very useful informative tourist brochures, very nice Disney DVDs for kids (but also for adults😅). Mrs. Rosalba is uniquely kind and helpful, 💜 we hope to return to her to visit this wonderful area again with every comfort offered by the house 💜

We were warmly welcomed. There was still a bottle of wine for the reception. The apartment was clean and cool, even though it was very hot. On the balcony you could enjoy the view. In the apartment you will find everything you need. The location is central. We can only recommend the apartment. Should we come back to the region, we will ask again.

We spent 15 days in Sardinia including 8 days at Guerino's. The accommodation is well located near the beach and not too far from many beautiful walks. Very nice home. Good restaurants nearby. We particularly loved the BBQ and the outdoor terrace which made our evenings convivial and very friendly moments. From experience, I know that we really judge the quality of "service" when there is a problem. We asked if Guerino had any extra electrical adapters, the next morning three new adapters were brought to us. We had a problem with the BBQ and we ran out of gas, new ones, it was fixed very quickly. In short, Guerino deserves a lot of 5 stars.

The place looked exactly like the photos and was very clean. There was very good parking and the supermarket is within walking distance. We felt very comfortable from the first day and found Ivan extremely helpful as a contact.

We had a great time at Marcello's. The apartment is as described, very comfortable and in a strategic location. We'll definitely be back.
