Family-friendly vacation rentals in Torre Chianca

We had a wonderful peaceful stay in Maria Rosaria’s villa - it was a perfect location and easy to take in all the wonderful sights in Apulia. Maria Rosaria was a lovely, thoughtful host.

We were guests with my wife in this wonderful property the third week of June 2025. The site is easily accessible by car. Ideal property for finding yourself in a central location for those who, for the purpose of their stay, intend to visit within a reasonable radius. Reaching Alborobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Ostuni, Cisternino takes between 20 and 45 minutes. Personally, we went much further, reaching Gallipoli, Otranto, and Leuca. the B&B Dependance is great for a couple with 2 children. A plus not to be underestimated is the availability of the jacuzzi to relax in. Ms. Maria, the owner, has always been available and present with advice on restaurants to propose and cities to visit nearby, just minutes away you can take advantage of a market that offers typical takeaway dishes. What can I say, we highly recommend it. A personal thank you to Maria.

I would give this place and host 6 stars if I could! It’s a HUGE apartment that’s part of a palazzo built in the 1400s. Luigia is the most charming, warm, friendly and helpful host ever! She makes you feel at home and does so many thoughtful things like stocking the fridge with food and beverage items, walking you through the place with the right level of detail and even made my restaurant reservations for me like a concierge. The location is 2 mini blocks off the main square yet tranquil as can be. And the bed is the most comfortable of my 5 weeks in Italy thus far! I love Lecce, this place and this host! Can’t wait to return.

A 5-star home. Large apartment, well exposed, very well equipped, and in a quiet area. While being close to the beach, and small shops. Bike, BBQ and Jacuzzi available. Coffee pods and a bottle of red wine. Breathtaking sea and sunset views. We would have stayed there for a few more days. I recommend it 1000%.

Amazing, wonderful stay at the trullo…the grounds are lovely and verdant, the pool is pristine, spacious and well appointed, the shady area with loungers sits under a mature walnut tree and is perfect for daydreaming and reading and morning coffee. We loved this stay more than nearly any other we’ve had and would absolutely recommend it. The trullo was cool, even with ac off, on hot days and it was so quiet, which was exactly what we were hoping for. Antonio came by regularly and offered us limonade and homemade gelato as well as a basket full of fresh garden goodies. Absolutely loved this place and would return.

Our stay here was a paradise. The super clean house was charming, eco friendly, nature filled and extremely well equipped. The location was quiet and yet very close to cafe supermarket and beach/swim places. Remarkable restaurants also. I would highly recommend Donatello and Massimina’s naturalistic home to anyone seeking charm and quiet. They are such lovely hosts too. Many thanks for our fab stay.

Our stay at the charming trullo in Ceglie Messapica was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, Matteo, the wonderful host, made us feel welcome. He greeted us warmly and had prepared a basket of his own local products. A lovely touch that immediately set the tone for a fantastic stay. The trullo was spotless and charming, offering peace and comfort. It was the perfect base for exploring Puglia, with a relaxing jacuzzi at pool temperature. A sweet cat added to the cozy atmosphere, making our stay even more special. Highly recommended for a tranquil and authentic experience!

Beautiful villa that had lots of activities great for friends/families. We loved the pool and hot tub and especially the pizza oven! The only issue we had was that the villa wasn’t particularly well kitted out with basic things like enough loo roll/bin bags/dishwasher tablets. Overall it was a fantastic stay and we would love to come back one day.

We were allowed to enjoy this little piece of heaven on earth for 5 days. A truly beautiful location with all the amenities you can think of and that you need. The contact with the host was very pleasant. Our questions were answered - very - quickly and we were regularly informed whether everything was to our liking. We are fans!

The place we stayed was very nice and clean. The interior was very well decorated. You can walk everywhere. But more importantly, Davide was a very good host.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding. The church was 2 mins walking from the Airbnb and it was very convenient findingg everything in town. There were plenty of places where we could eat, drink and shop. We love the private space and the location was not on the main street so noise was surprisingly lower than I expected it to be. The host checked in to make sure we were ok and was responsive. It was about 8 min walk from the train station making it very convenient for us. I would definitely booked again if I'm in Lecce again.

The apartment is very spacious and has a very comfortable, homey feel. The private terrace is lovely. It is a perfect location on a side street not far from all the attractions and various shops. We would definitely stay here again. Mario was very helpful and responsive with the remote check in.

Giorgio was a great host, gave us plenty of great recommendations and even provided some food for a light breakfast at the trulli

Had a great time in this Airbnb, very clean, extremely spacious and had everything we needed. There are two lovely beaches near the apartment as well as a good supermarket. Only downside is the distance to Gallipoli old town but we had a car and found parking no problem

If there had been 10 stars, I would have given them all. We organized a bachelorette party at the Trullo Armonia and Maria Giulia helped make everything perfect. The romantic atmosphere of the trullo was certainly the star, but without Maria Giulia's organization and care, it wouldn't have been the same. In the structure you can organize many activities, we participated in a pottery course and then we prepared orecchiette with Giovanna, who transmits all the love for Puglia. All above expectations. It was such a pleasure to spend a few days at this hidden gem, hosted by Emanuele, his wife Laura, sister Giulia, and parents Simonetta and Tomasso, all of whom made us feel right at home. We were spoiled by the daily breakfasts they prepared, and Emanuele provided many great local recommendations for us. The pool and surroundings are so peaceful, and the room was very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place to explore Salento from, or for more generous and welcoming hosts!

Everything was perfect and amazing. We will be back :).

Beautiful villa in the heart of Puglia!!!!! Clean, spacious, perfect location. The pool was fantastic and the outdoor patio was perfect to enjoy during the day and night. Just 15 minutes from Monopoli and Polignano a Mare - super convenient. Tiziana (host) was extremely helpful and responsive when needed. Would highly recommend this place!!!

A wonderful experience to stay in an authentic Trulli! They aren't the biggest but has everything you need for a short stay. The room had a good size bed and small bathroom. We had the aircon on quite a bit due to the summer heat and it worked really well and we used the pool everyday! The property was quiet and absolutely stunning, the photo's do not do it justice, it is better in real life! Having the breakfast Marilena made for us (15 Euro's a person) was perfect on the terrace and so fulling with eggs, pastries, fruit, focaccia, cereal, rolls, toast, cheese, tomatoes, coffee etc! The only thing that could be added is a small stove top to the room for cooking as it only had a microwave. This is one of the best, most unique and picturesque stays we have ever stayed in. We would definitely love to come back one day. Thank you so much to Marilena for hosting us and all the local recommendations. It is in a great location for exploring Alberobella.

The accommodation is fantastic, a great solution to truly live a local experience. Isolated trulli in a countryside setting without chaos, well furnished and garden with pool great for Bruno, our 4-legged friend. Onofrio and Nadia were very kind, truly impeccable hospitality that made us feel like we were at home. We love Puglia and will definitely be back!

We had a brilliant stay at trulli del Bosco. Giulia was easy to contact and made us feel very welcome and at home. The hut is something else, offering a serene setting in the countryside but still within 10 minutes drive of alberobello. It was really beautiful and we really enjoyed the stay and the delicious breakfast with local produce. One thing to note is due to the remoteness of the area there is only one restaurant nearby within walking distance which is not open every night however this just meant we had to use the car and plan ahead. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting puglia!

Elodies villa was exactly as described and perfect for a family holiday. The seperate buildings enabled everyone some privacy and outdoor living area by the pool both functional and flexible. The hosts were very responsive and responded almost instantly to any question. We took the recommendation to bring in Massimo Mancarella as our personal chef for our final farewell dinner and he is an amazing chef, preparing our best meal of our trip. Such a nice way to end our Puglia holiday dining outdoors together being treated with an amazing meal and service.
