The place is really very nice and the view from the terrace is always great! In addition, Alexandros is a great host, responds quickly and has a few good tips for the area! It only remains to mention that the accommodation is designed especially for good weather, as there are only outdoor seating options - since we had a little bad luck with the weather, this restricted us a little, but of course this is not due to the quality of the accommodation!!

This was certainly one of the most beautiful stays of my life. Possibly even the most beautiful. You get 24 hours of majestic views, from the blue sea to the colourful sunset to the clear stars and then even the sunrise. The sea right below the house was one ofu favourite swims. I'd advise that you get aqua shoes to enjoy it properly since there are stones. Very colourful stones, and such calm waters. The house is calm enough to feel secluded, yet a walking distance from the port and the central part of Nea Skioni. It is equipped enough for a few days stay in my opinion; I would recommend a more equipped kitchen for those who'd stay longer and additional towels (since there isn't a washing machine). The space was very clean. The decor and woodwork of the house is incredible and such high quality. Harris was also very responsive, kind and helpful. Will definitely be back to stay in this little paradise! It's not just a home, but a full experience.

The accommodation very close to the beach, shops and taverns. The beach with smooth entrance and sand with small pebbles, the children were ok barefoot. The house is clean and equipped with everything, outdoor terrace with table and chairs. Working air conditioning. Host responsive and always open for help, recommendations. If I got to this area again, I would definitely opt for the same place to stay.

We had a wonderful holiday with our friends in the house. We enjoyed the stunning views from the terrace, and we were enjoying every breakfast and dinner on the terrace. Everyone loved our private beach. The place is so relaxing, house is super clean and also a great base to explore nearby beautiful beaches and restaurants. House is away from the noise of the villages, but close enough to them if you want to go there. Perikllis and his wife welcomed us with a delicious homemade olive oli, olives, honey and wine. They are very warm and friendly hosts, they look after their guests and always trying to help if we need something. Periklis was every time reachable and gave us a lot of recommendations. We are already planning our next vacation in this villa. Thanks again for everything Periklis !
