Great place, excellent host

I stayed at this place for over a month and would 100% recommend. The place is very small (it’s a studio) but very practical. The terrace was definitely a plus. The manager (Hospice) was very responsive to every and any concern. The neighbourhood felt very safe (I’m a young woman on a solo trip and this was very important to me). The cleaner who came once a week was very courteous and did a great job every time. Overall a great experience. For those who care, note that the studio is in the 4th floor (I didn’t mind at all because I love to exercise). There were some power outages during my stay but they didn’t last too long. I am currently staying at another one of Theo’s places, which is much bigger, and so far so great. Theo and his team truly know what they’re doing. I would definitely recommend!

Great stay! The apartment was clean and well-maintained. Paul was incredibly responsive and proactive, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The layout of the apartment is extremely neat, much more so than in the majority of this type of accommodation. There's simply NOTHING missing! The caretaker is always there when we need him and does small errands for us with pleasure. The cast iron BBQ is a true vintage work of art... I loved everything and will come back
