Le Petit Ruisseau, lovely comfortable holiday home

Situated in a small hamlet just outside the historic town of Domfront in the Normandy countryside this lovely holiday home consists of a large kitchen diner with fireplace and a lounge with a fireplace with wood burner on the ground floor. On the first floor are two light and airy en-suite double bedrooms, one has bunk beds. All rooms have views of the large garden that surrounds the property with several seating areas and a graveled terrace for outside dining. Plunge pool available in summer.

Notre ancien fournil est une partie de notre corps de ferme. Au rez - de - chaussée, il est pourvu d'une cuisine équipée et d'une salle de douche avec toilettes. A l'étage, une chambre mansardée dispose de 3 lits indépendants. A l'extérieur, nos hôtes ont accès à une terrasse privée avec du mobilier de jardin. La wifi est gratuite. Un petit déjeuner (pain paysan, confiture) est proposé sur demande pour 5 euros par personne. Proche de la voie verte, les promeneurs apprécieront cette halte.

However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

The wi fi has now been upgraded to fibre & is rated ‘very fast ‘ As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.

Our cottage is in a carefully renovated outbuilding. Upstairs you have a bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom, overlooking a large terrace with panoramic views of the orchard and Sur Domfront en Poiraie (located 5 km away). On the ground floor, accessible from the outside, a full kitchen with fireplace is at your disposal. 5000 m² garden. Close to the Velofrancette and Veloscénie greenways. Optional breakfast and evening meals.

Our cocoon is ideal for spending a unique moment as a couple or for nature lovers because it is located on the edge of the forest and with a superb view of our pond, without anyone opposite. Our property is at the end of a country road away from all homes.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV. Outside you will find garden furniture, a barbecue, a sheltered jacuzzi. The garden is fully fenced. It is possible to park cars there.
