Here it is very quiet and the nature around you contributes to your recovery. At any time of the year Baltschieder is an ideal starting point for hiking and outdoor activities, in 30 - 60 minutes you can reach all hiking areas or ski slopes. In case of bad weather there are thermal baths or indoor sports halls nearby.

The view of the Saaser and Matter Valley directly from the living room window is gigantic. Apartment was completely renovated in 2017 (the house was built 1753). The house has a fenced garden seating area, which can also be used. The apartment is ideal for families and groups of up to 6 persons. However, it offers sleeping accommodation for up to 10 guests.
