We spent 5 days in Izmir Konak. Our stay at the apartment was very nice, we were very satisfied. Everything as described in the advertisement, expectations as in the photos, it was all perfect. The hosts Ms. Tülin and Ms. Hazal were very nice, friendly, helpful. The apartment was very well maintained, clean, there was everything you need from A-Z. The location is right in the center of Izmir-Alsancak, you can get everywhere on foot. Thanks again for everything.

You only need to climb a hill to get home after getting off the tram (you can avoid the hill by using the famous elevator). She was attentive to house cleaning in a way that left no room for doubt; the tiles were shining, the furniture was tidy. The house was very tastefully furnished and we immediately embraced it as if it were ours with its warm atmosphere. In fact, some days we preferred to sit at home in front of the view instead of visiting Izmir. Mrs. Cansu personally greeted us, gave detailed information about the environment and even supported our special needs. He was very kind and helpful. Thank you :) <3

The apartment was very well located in the middle of Alsancak, many restaurants and shopping centers, a short distance walking to the sea. Easy to walk to and to park the car. Safe area. I will for sure book it again.

When we entered the house, it was very good that it was clean and tidy. It was centrally located, very close to the bazaar. There was no parking problem because it was very close to the multi-storey parking lot. We were very pleased. Only the gentlemen sitting in the entrance area of the apartment at night were talking loudly, we warned them, it was not a problem. We'll always go there from now on. By the way, the air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, TV were new. The TV even had a Netflix account and was connected to the internet. Our host brother was a good friendly person. Mohammad was very helpful. He welcomed us in the mid-night during check-in and was always ready to help. We felt ourselves at home. A great place to stay with a family. The view from the balcony was a huge bonus! We enjoyed our stay!

Unforgettable stay in a hidden paradise This was one of the most unbelievable places we’ve ever stayed! Tucked away inside a serene mandarin garden, the mansion is the perfect retreat for families or groups looking for peace, beauty, and a touch of luxury. The surroundings are calm and lush, and the view of the beach at sunset is absolutely magical. The amenities are exceptional—an infinity pool, and even table tennis and a pool table made every day enjoyable. It truly felt like a private resort. What made our stay even more special was the host. Not only was he incredibly welcoming and friendly, but he also went out of his way to bring us fresh fruit and even drove us to the grocery store—something we’ll never forget. This place is ideal for family reunions. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful everything was. I hope to come back someday soon—it really was a dream.

House is very central at the heart of izmir close to all public transportation facilities. The room has a very comfortable double bed, big closet with mirror, a chair and a bed side lamp. There is locker on the door as well. Ezgi and her husband are very kind, helpful and open minded people! I definitely recommend this place.

It’s a lovely, traditional house—wood floors and ceilings that we loved. We walked to see the sights and to restaurants. The place is on a steep hill, so walking back from restaurants there was a workout! We really enjoyed the place though.

The view was incredibly beautiful and the apartment itself was very stylish and impressive. We only stayed for one day, but we liked this short time and enjoyed it. I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.

The owner is so easy to work with and whenever i needed something, he was quick to respond and eager to solve any problem that i had throughout my stay. The location of the house is good, the house was clean when i arrived and everything was as described beforehand. The building and the surrounding of it is also safe.
