this is the best place we have ever stayed! it was perfect for the whole family, room for kids to run around outside while the adults unwind watching the wildlife. it has everything and more you could need from cooking equipment to laundry powder. the host's have truly made sure all guests have everything they need to unwind and enjoy their holidays

The Hinterland Retreat was a wonderful place to stay, it was very private, great views, relaxing and perfect for our needs. We stayed for a total of 3 1/2 weeks, it felt just like home. Alison and Ben were fantastic hosts, very accommodating with any request we had. We would definitely stay again. We highly recommend the Hinterland Retreat.

Anna was an amazing host, she was always quick to respond and so friendly. The cottage itself was lovely, perfect for our family of 4. It was also fitted with a cot and high chair for our baby. Sitting at the top of a hill, the cottage had a stunning view of the valley. We absolutely loved our stay.

Beautiful apartment and deserves all previous positive reviews. The owners had thought of absolutely everything to make our stay as homely and enjoyable as possible. Would book again in a heartbeat.
