This apartment is in the outskirts of Logan but only a 15 min. drive to the heart of Logan UT. The location is has a 360 degree view of the valley! The sunsets are breathe taking. We usually rent it when we are not home or my kids are in school. My family and 5 kids live in the 2 floors above so there WILL be pitter patter of feet when they are home. We renovated the apartment with new flooring and countertops. We know you will enjoy this apartment and it’s location as much as we do!

We are close to two ski resorts, Birch Creek Golf Course and beautiful mountains and canyons. Located in a peaceful neighborhood. Play during the day and relax at night in our state of the art theater room with 12 recliners. The full kitchen and large living area is the perfect area to kick back and relax.

The house was perfect for our family get away! Just enough space for 8 of us adults and 2 small kids. So many fun family friendly activities super close by and great food. The views of the lake were AMAZING! We hiked, fished, spent time on a boat, and at the beach. We ordered in, dined out, and cooked at the house. We enjoyed s’mores every night by the fire pit, after an evening soak in the hot tub. Was just what we needed! We all agree we would love to come back! Margarita was super responsive, friendly, and available if we needed anything!

Camilla’s place was clean and cozy. I booked this stay the morning of and she had the place ready before 4pm that day. Not only is this an extremely affordable option but it’s also private, well cared for, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stress-free getaway. Camilla is always quick to respond to questions/messages which was greatly appreciated. We stayed here while snowboarding and highly recommend Camilla’s place to any and everyone! 10/10 would stay again.

We were in town for motocross racing. This place is less than a quarter mile from the track. It was easy to find. The place is newly built. It was spotless clean. Decorated simple but with good taste. The beds were comfortable. Each bedroom had a private bathroom. The kitchen was spacious and had new appliances and all the utensils, dishes and silverware we needed. We would stay here again the next time we come to Preston.

Bear Lake is a stunning area. This condo has the most beautiful view. We were only there one night, but it was the perfect place to stay.
