The Villa has about 300 square meters covered on two floors, with large terraces overlooking the sea located inside a pine forest; access is via a private uphill road inside the villa (approximately 25 metres). The villa is located on the Addaura seafront, the northern coast of Sicily a few km from the center of Palermo and the beaches of Mondello and Vergine Maria. The sea can be reached via an access point located 70 meters from the Villa across the road.

We have 2/6 beds (including 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bed and a sofa bed 1/2 , a kitchen ,2 terraces, one with barbecue , a laundry room and two parking spaces with a charging station. Also for our guests, a shared swimming pool available on request, where you can enjoy moments of pure relaxation.
