Das Haus von Katya ist etwas ganz Besonderes! Wir haben es sehr genossen, dort Ferien zu machen. Die Terrasse mit dem Pool und dem Blick in die Landschaft sind wunderschön. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es eröffnet durch die großen Fenster auch den schönen Blick in die Umgebung. Das moderne Design hat uns begeistert. Die Kommunikation lief schnell und problemlos. Für unsere Familie war es ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis dieses schöne Haus zu bewohnen. Vielen Dank an Katya für ihre Gastfreundschaft!

Great apartment. Very clean, and fully equipped with everything you will need, from kitchen items to first aid kit, beach towels, the lot. Very helpful in recommendations of local beaches and restaurants. location is ideal. Would definitely stay here again. highly recommended.

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit 2 Terassen, die einen wunderbaren Blick bieten. Da wir in der Nebensaison im.Haus waren, hatten wir die Anlage fast für uns allein und es war wunderbar ruhig. Den Pool hatten wir fast immer zur alleinigen Nutzung und auch am Strand waren wir oft allein. Im Nachbarort gab es einen sehr guten Bäcker mit tollen selbstgemachten Eissorten und kleine und große Supermärkte.

Wonderful house, as advertised in description and as shown in pictures. It has all amenities and is in a great location, close to the Spetses port, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Veranda on top floor has a really nice view. The house is easy to find, as it is close to the city’s museum, and all windy roads have signs to the spetses museum. We were a family of 4 + 2 extra guests, the house easily fit us. We couldn’t be happier with the choice, and made the experience in Spetses unforgettable. The hosts were lovely and very friendly, they left fresh fruit in the fridge for us, and were extremely communicative. Ydria villa is an excellent choice if you plan to spend a few days in Spetses!

Το σπίτι είναι σε τέλεια τοποθεσία! Καθαρό και πολύ άνετο να φιλοξενήσει αρκετά άτομα!! το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Our stay was amazing! We enjoyed the pool and the area near the vila! Zef was very responsive, and helped us with whatever we needed. The area around the house is beautiful, liked Tolo and the beaches around. Will definitely come again! :)

The flat is very close to the sea. We slept and woke up with the sound of the sea. In front of the flat there is unique scenery, crystal clear sea and a dormant volcano. Quiet area and breathtaking views. About 7 minutes walk you get to a beautiful beach with turquoise sea and there is a family-run taverna a few steps away. Yannick was friendly, proactive in responding to all our needs and gave us lots of useful advice. I approve.

La maison est très agréable, confortable et bien agencée, la piscine est très grande et la vue magnifique. La ville de Porte Heli n’a pas grand intérêt mais les alentours sont jolis, on trouve de très belles plages peu fréquentées à 15 minutes en voiture. Isabelle, qui s’occupe de faire le lien avec les hôtes, est extrêmement sympathique, réactive et disponible.
