The house is in a peaceful green area with a stunning view of the sea and the orange-tree-filled valley, 5 min walk from the beach with facilities for swimmers, 10 min walk from the village and the small ancient theater of Epidavros. 10 min drive from the most famous ancient theater in the world, the large theater of Epidavros, 30-60 min drive from the city of Nafplion, the archeological site of Mycenae, the Corinth Isthmus canal, Methana volcanic spa, the islands of Poros, Hydra and Spetses.

Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι Queen-size και Loft με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, με δυνατότητα διπλού. The apartment is located near the port of Tolo, less than 10 steps from the beach and a few minutes away from the center and as such, offers a great view of the sea and the island of Romvi as well as ease of transportation. The apartment is modern decorated and the customers can relax during their holidays. There is free parking on the road right before the door of the apartment. Just 800m (10 minutes walk) from the centre of Naplio, 1km (15 minutes walk) from Sintagma Square and 3km from Castle Palamidi.
