Vacation rentals with a patio in Tolentino

Very happy we chose this apartment. It is located in the East side of Spello which is the better side - the best scenery, and we only heard the countryside. Easy walk to the village centre, can also recommend the charming aquaduct walk nearby. Very old building but modernised interior. We did not meet Argen in person, but he responded very quickly to any queries.

This is a stylish, well equipped, well located apartment that combines historical ambience and a modern vibe very well. Simone is a great host and makes it all effortless. There’s great attention to detail as well from a decent coffee machine, to olive oil and balsamic vinegar to sharp knives and nice wine glasses. A great place to stay in Assisi. Highly recommended.

The apartment and the location in the heart of the historic center are fantastic. The house is comfortable, with a very cozy bed, and what stands out is the impeccable cleanliness—everything is spotless, from the fabrics to the details that make the apartment even more beautiful. Notable touches include amenities like disposable makeup removers, a shaving kit, soap, shampoo, and some ingredients for breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking if you wish. You’re close to Piazza del Mercato, which can be reached via the escalator from the apartment. The historic center is stunning, and all the main attractions are easily accessible from here, such as the beautiful Ponte delle Torri, surrounded by lush greenery. In just one day, I was able to capture the essence of medieval Spoleto. Although I'd like to keep this place secret just for myself, I’m happy to share it to thank Erik and Elena for their kindness. We spent some wonderful days in Assisi, and this place turned out to be a perfect starting point for exploring the city. Located in the heart of the city center, it is very convenient to visit the main attractions on foot, immersing yourself in the beauty and history of the place. The apartment is quiet, cared for, clean and well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Daniela and Alessandro were friendly and helpful, also providing us with useful tips to make the most of the experience. A great choice for those who want to experience Assisi from the inside, with the convenience of having everything at your fingertips.

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. It was one of the few places we could find that looked modern. Super clean apartment, centrally located for exploring the area (less than 10 minutes drive to Assisi), and Emanuale is very accessible and helpful. If we come back to Italy, we will definitely return here. Thank you!

This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

stayed at a large sea view accommodation with my family, just cross the street and you are immediately on the free beach where, however, umbrellas and sun loungers are offered by the structure for free, impeccable accommodation, clean, new and complete with every comfort, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and smart TV, it seems to be at home. Accommodation in a quiet area near restaurants and supermarkets and 13 minutes by car from Senigallia , Host available for all our requests a thank you also to Mrs. Tonia, we will definitely return, I recommend

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

Riccardo é Michele’s place is a step back in time with modern amenities and the medieval mood we were looking for. It’s a comfortable and easy place that makes you feel at home. The private garden and somehow the entrance with its ‘cloister feel’ and even a little grotto is quite special and in the heart of Assisi. Location wonderful, comfortable and cozy living quaintly special place, and all worked perfectly. I’d be back anytime! I’d be back anytime. Thanks!

Marco and Chiara are impeccable hosts. Nice, always ready with answers, helpful and full of excellent directions and tips on the surroundings (restaurants, excursions, shopping for typical products...). Casa Azul is a really beautiful and special house. Not only designed to stay there but to be experienced just like home. Complete with everything and in an ideal location to reach all the classic Umbrian destinations. We stayed very comfortably in 6 as well as a little dog, towards which the homeowners were very welcoming. If I return to the area I will try to repeat the Casa Azul experience!

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

Caterina's apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. On site there is a small supermarket and a bar. In a few minutes you can reach the nice coastal towns of Sirolo and Numana by car. Not very far and very worthwhile are also trips to Ancona or Loreto.

The place is so special. Livia and her family were there at the same time as us and treated us like one of the group. Such kindness! The house is so beautifully decorated with the right amount of homey decor. They have everything you need to cook in if you choose. They also provide a ton of local and drivable spots to eat and do activities. We loved the dogs and felt very safe with them around! The checkout time is listed as 11am on the app, but remember it is 10am.

The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet residential area with a nice garden and outside seating. Approx. 15 minute walk into town centre, train station approx 25 minutes walk. The apartment was easy to access via lockbox and hosts were friendly and communicative. Good base for exploring the area and Foligno itself.

first of all, at a communicative level we can say that he is the best host 2) took us from the train station to the apartment (which is no small thing) 3) an unexpected inconvenience happened to the apartment, but he intervened immediately and resolved everything. 4) the accommodation is mega comfortable, sea view, equipped with everything you need maybe if all the hosts were like him thank you very much, we were lucky to have done our experience there. :)
