Monthly Rentals in Tokyo 23 wards

Yuka san was a great host, she always replied immediately no matter the time of day. The place had everything you might need. Even a small kitchen which is rare in japanese airbnbs.

I stayed at Kazumi’s apartment for an entire month in May of 2024. It was pretty much exactly as described. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: - Walking distance to downtown Shinjuku and Golden Gai - Quiet neighborhood - Spacious room for 1-2 people (especially compared to comparable hotel rooms in Tokyo) - In unit washer and clothes hanger - Mini fridge and kitchenette - light dimmer and air conditioning Cons: - An odd smell presumably coming from the plumbing. I don’t think this was specific to this space though. I noticed a similar smell tied to plumbing in the city - Small bathroom / shower

Stayed here for 2 weeks with my parents and it was a great place - location was close to both Shibuya and Ebisu stations (you can easily take a bus too if you prefer not to walk), decent food options within walking distance. I enjoyed my walks to Daikanyama as well. The apartment had everything we needed for everything from toilet amenities, laundry, etc. Kitchen was also decently equipped so we never really felt like we were short of anything. I also appreciated that any queries I had was quite quickly answered. Only point to note is that the steps to the loft and from the main door up to the living room are as steep as the pictures make them out to be so don't underestimate those if you have anyone in your group with mobility issues. Would stay here again if I needed to stay in this area.

If you are going to use Tokyo Metro Pass, this spot will have great convenience which falls in 3 metro line and you can access to 90% of Tokyo viewpoints. Another point is you can see they have formal B&B license stick on the mail box. BTW, it will be a good choice if you are staying in Tokyo more than a month.
