Indoor space: +-200m2 with a spacious entrance hall, kitchen, living room, toilet, room, bathroom and storage room on the ground floor. On floor 1 there is a bedroom, bathroom and a sitting/play area. In the attic there is another large bedroom. The house is NOT for rent for parties, bachelorette nights or youth weekends.

Je précise que votre WC - totalement privé - se trouve à quelques marches sur le palier dans la cage de l'escalier (voir commentaires)

This unique holiday home is located on the outskirts of Ermeton-sur-Biert next to a wooded area. Due to the openness of the home, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the fields in peace. This is the perfect place for a quiet as well as an active vacation or weekend getaway. The home is rented in 3 formulas: midweek (Mon 4pm to Fri 1pm) weekend (Fri 4pm to Sun 1pm) week (midweek+weekend)
