Vacation rentals with beach access in Tocha

This is a very cute and well stocked apartment. The location is great and is literally 1 minute from the beautiful beach. The ONLY drawback is that it can be loud because the noise echoes off the buildings which isn’t the apartment’s fault and that was on the weekends. It was very quiet during the week. I felt very safe and the Air B&B staff was very nice and responsive. There are restaurants, bars, stores, and grocery stores very close. The seafood is amazing and very fresh and healthy. I was not there during tourist season which is June-August. August is when a lot of Europeans take their holiday. FYI

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything worked. There was even complimentary wine. It is in a nice neighborhood with several restaurants nearby. It is super close to the beach which you can see from the balcony. If you plan to cook, you are right by the Lidl. We had a great stay.

It is a stunning apartment with exceptional views. It is really comfortable and peaceful. The street has everything you might need! The owners were very accommodating. I relaxed and watched the waves, it was wonderful. highly recommend and hope to be back.

todo muy bien. apartamento amplio,limpio, situado en una zona perfecta, muy cerca del centro y de la playa andando. fácil de aparcar en las inmediaciones. respuestas rápidas del anfitrión y acogimiento perfecto. el alojamiento tiene lo necesario en la cocina, secador de pelo, lavadora, lavavajillas, sabanas y toallas, jabón y papel higiénico... todo lo necesario para hacer vida allí. es amplio y cómodo. repito encantada. la ubicación está muy bien para desplazarte a zonas como Nazaret , viseu, Coimbra.. fuimos en temporada baja y en Figueira había muchos restaurantes abiertos... es tranquilo pero tiene ambiente incluso en esta temporada. muy recomendado todo. y gracias Pedro y a sus padres por el acogimiento (por el trato y los bombones). gracias!!

The location was perfection! Right in the middle of everything, great view of the beach with a balcony! Restaurants and shops all within walking distance. To add to the accommodation the parking spot was a major plus!

Mi estancia fue realmente agradable. La casa es muy acogedora y su ubicación, a un paso de la playa, es un verdadero tesoro. Dormir con el sonido del mar de fondo es uno de esos pequeños placeres que no tienen precio. El piso está reformado con un estilo moderno y cálido, además de estar impecablemente limpio y bien organizado. Adelaide estuvo atenta en todo momento, lo que me hizo sentir acompañada durante toda la estancia. También me recomendó varios restaurantes, algo que siempre se agradece, incluso conociendo ya la zona. Sin duda, pienso repetir.

We can’t say enough about this property. It just might be our favourite Airbnb ever and certainly was the best we stayed in through our month in Portugal. The apartment is super clean, bright, spacious, well appointed and the views are amazing. The linens were very clean and there was a second set of towels (a bonus!) for us to use, plus more than one kitchen towel (a first for our travels in Portugal). The kitchen is very well stocked (but not cluttered!) for preparing simple or more complicated meals. The location is AMAZING! Just a block from the beach and a wonderfully easy walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and activities. But, in the evening, we could sit on the balcony, watch the sun set and it was very peaceful and quiet. If we are back in the area again, which we hope to be, I’d be very disappointed not to stay in this unit.

One of my favorite places to stay so far. Perfect location, close to the beach, responsive host, and a kitchen which had the appropriate utensils to be able to cook with both the stove top and the oven. This is lacking in so many places, and it was much appreciated! She also provided essentials such as salt and pepper, and my personal favorite; a press pot for coffee. So many places now have different types of coffee makers that you have to buy specific coffee for, it was nice to be able to just use regular coffee in a press pot.

We had an amazing stay at Carlos' villa with our group of 13 adults and 3 babies. The villa is incredibly spacious, with 12 full beds and additional sleeping options on the comfortable couches. The large garden was perfect for the kids to play in, and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spacious, clean Jacuzzi. The kitchen was slightly used but very functional, offering plenty of room and every kitchen item we could possibly need to cook for our group. The barbecue area is large, though located a little far from the kitchen by the parking area. The rooftop terrace provided stunning 360° views, and the sunsets were simply beautiful. The villa is located in a peaceful, quiet area, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, which we loved. While walking to the beach is easy, having a car is ideal for reaching larger supermarkets, which are about a 13-minute drive away. Parking offers plenty of space Overall, this villa was the perfect choice for our large group. Highly recommended!

A casa é muito bem localizada, para quem busca uma estadia tranquila e em uma vizinhança silenciosa. Perfeito para caminhadas, passeios de bicicleta ou esportes aquáticos. A casa é muito bem cuidada e tem tudo o que é preciso para uma ótima estadia. Voltaremos com certeza.

Flávio hat uns sehr offen empfangen. Er ist ein sehr sympathischer Mensch, der uns gute Tips gegeben hat. Die Wohnung betraf genau der angegebenen Beschreibung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a wonderful stay in Marta’s home! It was beautiful and comfortable. We felt right at home! Marta was available and happy to answer any questions we had. She was proactive and checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well. The area is gorgeous. Walkable and easy to explore. We hope to be able to come back one day!

Compact, gezellig en schoon appartementje met twee verdiepingen, uitgerust met alles wat nodig is voor een comfortabele vakantie. Het huis ligt in een authentieke, smalle en rustige straat, op één minuut lopen van het strand, de boulevard en restaurants. We werden verliefd op Nazaré op het eerste gezicht! 😍

Recomendamos la vivienda de Joana, es tal cual el anuncio. A destacar la limpieza, todo está muy cuidado y nuevo. Es una vivienda muy bonita y cómoda. Lugar idóneo para familias. Está ubicado dentro una urbanización privada que está muy bien cuidada. Joana es muy amable y la comunicación ha sido muy fácil.

Très beau logement avec le proprio juste à côté . En face de la plage, on peut marcher à l’infini. Endroit tranquille……. Parfait. Cuisine très bien équipée….

O Sr.Daniel foi impecável comigo, mesmo quando informei que teria de chegar mais tarde mostrou-se sempre prestável e amigável, o espaço é limpo, arrumado e tem uma vista maravilhosa, recomendo 5⭐️

I recently stayed at Urbiluso Airbnb and had an amazing experience! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Urbiluso was incredibly responsive. Hemos pasado una fantástica semana en el apartamento. Es un piso cómodo, limpio y muy bien situado con unas vistas estupendas. Cosas a mejorar: una cama de matrimonio mayor.

So happy with this stay! At the quieter end of town, but still easy walking distance to everything in lower part of city. We had a rental car and would drive up to Sitio and to the point to see Praia de Norte. Easy parking on the street beside the building, and also secure parking in garage. Great view of Nazare beach right from the terrace— i loved sipping my coffee and watching the people on the boardwalk and listening to the waves crashing on the shore each morning. Sunsets were spectacular! Very secure, private and clean, and we had everything we needed.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat uns dort an nichts gefehlt. This apartment is simply a gem! Comfortable, modern, cosy - supplied with everything you might need even for a long stay. One of the advantages for me was heating option, as during time of my stay it wasn't warm outside. The location is perfect - quiet beautiful neighbourhood + nice views. Supermarkets are in walkable distance. Also you can hear the sound of waves during night, even with closed windows. And waking up to a view of the ocean from your window - it's something I could trade my soul for 😅 I definitely want to come back again and stay longer next time. Also very fast and pleasant communication with the hosts - I appreciate that. Overall, book this place with no hesitation, I'm 100% sure you'll enjoy your stay.
