The holiday home Kleines Ferienhaus, which is situated in Verditz, overlooks the nearby mountain. The 110 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiachersee can be reached in 25 minutes by car.In winter, you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski area. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is in 2 minutes walking distance. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.
